All the staff at the hotel, including those at the reception (particularly Mr. Bassam Ben Attia and Mr. Fathi from Zarzis, who were very welcoming and super friendly while being very professional), restaurant, animation team, cleaning service, pool, and beach, were outstanding ! They treated us with exceptional politeness, genuine smiles, and a high level of service. The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, safe, and impeccably clean, offering all the facilities one could need. We loved strolling around the property and participating in the various interesting animation sessions that were led by dynamic, energetic, joyful and super hard working young men. The food was truly exceptional; we relished the diverse, delicious, clean and super freshly prepared meals throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and deeply appreciated the experience. I will definitely book a room at this hotel again and invite my friends to visit Djerba and stay here as well ! Many thanks to everyone for making this experience at the hotel truly exceptional 🙏❤️

QatarNot much things to do, they could improve and upgrade their amenities and hotel activities and clean the beach area, open the bar at the beach front. Unable to call the receptionist from the room phone. Booking.com states early check in and late check out but it’s not.
Affordable all inclusive stay. Housekeeping and F&B staff are the best.
