When you leave the hotel for the day, you leave the keys at the reception which is kind of weird. The bathroom was dated, the shower didn't really work and overall wasn't the best.

The staff was very kind, it was right in the center, but pm a quiet street. The coffee was very mediocre but the breakfast was good and had options

It doesn’t have a lot of character. It’s a pretty basic business-type hotel.

It’s very conveniently located right in the center of the city, near the entrance to the medina. There’s also parking available for a small fee, but space is limited so you have to reserve in advance.

No fridge, nor kettle (have to ask at reception) or any tea/coffee making facilities in room. Kitchen staff should be more attentive to things missing from breakfast buffet, like milk (have to keep asking) for tea/coffee and cereal, and some cutlery. Training should be able to address these.

Location was excellent, with shops and cafes and restaurants around the corner. It was also quiet. Room size okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable.

At night the city centre is a little bit shady. However, we didn't stay out late so it wasn't a problem. Hotel has 24 hour security.

Very friendly staff, I had so many questions about Tunis and the manager helped me with everything. We had the junior suite with our son and the room was small, but very convenient. Super clean, good breakfast as well. Location is super central.

Facilities in the room are a little dated, but we can't expect too much given that the rooms are more affordable than other hotels in the area. In my room I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridor.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and good location - short walk to medina and TGM terminus (and bus station).

Rooms don’t have refrigerator You have to give your keys back everytime you go out I had friends in Tunisia and sometimes we wanted to rest in my room and they dont let anyone inside the hotel than the guests

The open shower was a problem to maintain the bathroom dry. There was no strong box and no electric kettle in the room There were no vending machines inside the whole hotel.

The location was excellent... less than 10 minutes by walking to La Medina and surrounded by many stores, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and train stations. The breakfast was varied and tasteful, and the members of the staff were always willing to help. The neighborhood was calm and safe. The room cleaning service was impeccable.

We booked mini suite, but they even didn’t provide mineral water abd glass in the room. The security guy needs to be trained to be a little bit friendly. It’s weird that every time we need to go somewhere we need to deliver our key to the reception?!

The location is strategic, breakfast is nice, the ladies served breakfast are very polite and nice.

Adding small fridge and coffee facility’s to the room would make our stay more comfortable, also proper lights in front of main entrance will add also value, it is a bit of dark. Breakfast variety may need review as well
