I stayed in the hotel 5 nights, and honestly it exceeded my expectations, everything was amazing, especially the staff very professional, kind and friendly, the room was clean and pool view just amazing. The food is really good and better every day. I also loved the adults only option you can calm your mind and work if you want to. Please keep up the good work and quality.

The food. Atrocious. But there are some good food spots a walking distance away that aren’t too expensive either

The location, right next to the medina and Carthage land and plenty of shops. The rooms are big the pool is clean and there are lifeguards.

Not providing drinking water with food in demi pension, and also not providing entertainment evenings for residents

All inclusive with limits in drinks ( no water or drinks after repasts) and the prices in bar are too expensive) and no animation at all ( you have to resolve this problem with animation)

The toilet did not have proper draining. The beach is further than mentioned on the website so be prepared to walk. 1200 ft is not correct. Take a cab.

The staff was amazing. Food was always fresh and plenty. Pool staff were beyond accommodating and friendly to All! No questions. They saw and reacted before we could ask. The fact it's adults only, makes it even more enjoyable.

All was good

Modern facilities, great atmosphere to unwind around the pool or in the Spa. Good selection of food at the buffet. The breakfast chef cooked the best eggs sunny side up and spoiled me with a fresh plate of fruit every morning. Taking part in gymnastics around the pool was good for stretching and getting ready for the day. No running and screaming children around!

Nice hotel, close to Carthage Land and the marina. Nice hotel bar showing live sports and serving local beers. The food was varied, with a good selection of local foods, however drinks (even water) were not available. The swimming pool was clean and a good size, but I did not spend enough time using it due to the season and weather. Good value for money for a short stay in Yasmine Hammamet.

Nice 4 Star Hotel in Yasmine Hammamet close to the Carthage Land Madina ...very nice Hot 🔥 Pool 28 degrees inside the Hotel. Evening Buffet in plentiful mainly Chicken and Ox 🐂 liver on the menue sometimes Lamb 😋

the gym was a bit outdated 

it was lovely and quiet at the pool you could hear the birds whistling. they also maintain the garden well it looks beautiful. from my room I had a view of the pool and palm trees..the restaurant and food in the evening was also good and plenty of choice. the staff was also friendly

The staff of this hotel were excellent, special mention to Mohamed in the restaurant his service was impeccable, only disappointment was getting charged for using the sauna after we booked a massage other than that probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in to date , I will be back 👍

+ heated pool would have been nice.

+ staff were helpful + Chef and the waiters at the table were friendly. + Just outside the hotel you can find luage to go to luage centre to go to Tunis or souse. I highly recommend using luages in Tunisia.
