There was some kind of issue with the airport shuttle so I couldn't use it - I think it doesn't start until 8 am. The elevator was out of order, which meant walking ten flights of stairs (5 up 5 down) when the receptionist asked me for my passport again after she forgot to scan it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was good, the bathroom was good.

Our room at the 4th floor was in restoration yet. There was no door in the toilet (so no privacy) and the balcony was full of materials and waste (and also shit). The lift doesn’t work well but nobody tell us.

The breakfast is served in a tipycal cafè and is very good.

WiFi can’t cover in the room. Many mosquitoes in the night. Really noisy from the early morning from reception. I can’t sleep well. So I left after one night.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Upgrade the room to me.

At first glance the property is great value - clean comfortable room in a good location and reasonable price but the noise from the plumbing/air conditioning/machinery was pretty loud both day and night. OK for 1 night only

Well you can't actually sleep here. The elevator makes a comically loud noise, people are shouting and there's a decent amount of digging going on outside.

So many mosquitoes(over 10 mosquitoes i killed. I couldn't sleep and relax here Only one towel, no hair dryer. There are more good reasonable hotel around here. I think.

This hotel must not offer guests laundry services. They lost my t-shirts and I asked reimbursement at least. But they just repeatedly "sorry" and they told me it was not their fault. Hey. What the hell is that word? It is totally your fault because you have to control your laundry man. You are not eligible for offering guests laundry service. Also the rooms and sheets was so dirty. no towels in the room and out of order aircons. In addition there was no people can speak English except the security man. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to see the blatant and irresponsible Tunisians. Give my t-shirts back, these villains! That is not a cheapie.

Bedbugs in the room bit us. It was impossible to sleep. There was no hot water all the time, only morning and in the evening.They offered us to pay for breakfastalthought we booked with breakfast. Wifi very low signal, slow.

The room was not clean at all. I literally found a cigarette in the toilet (like inside the toilet chair and it was swimming on water)!!! The hair was everywhere: on the floor, on the bed sheets, desk, and even the sink! I wasn’t comfortable staying in the room. Never again.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff It is not a smoke free environment but just like most places in Tunisia.
