Even though the hotel is really well kept it’s a little old. My room was comfortable, but the aircon wasn’t working as intended as I couldn’t get it to be really cold (even setting it to below 15) and cabinets were kind of coming off hinges. Compared to other hotels I stayed in though - this was still good value for money especially the rate I got through booking.com

The breakfast was disastrous, it was clearly leftover from the previous night. The breakfast lacked variety, the bread and pastries were not fresh

Carpets in the rooms should be changed, they showed age and use. The wifi was non functional most of the time. Getting a local SIM card with internet credit is well worth it! The first 48 hours of our stay they had my husband mixed up with a man living two rooms down from ours, resulting in confusing room service bills, calls to our room and confusion at breakfast. It was sorted in the end, but did provide some headaches.

Good location and easy to walk to cute cafes and bistros in the areas. Great location for downtown, the zoo and the Menzah areas. The property is a bit old, but well kept. The rooms are large (we had a junior suite) and bathrooms sizeable and good standard. The staff were very friendly.

It isn’t really the hotel’s fault. I’m not used to excessive heat. It was super hot in our room and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work. I’d already had a long day so not being able to sleep because I was hot made me miserable.

Old building from inside it need lots of renewal of the building from inside .

The hotel is does look bit old from inside and it can’t be 5 star hotel . Is 3 star basic. The hotel need new revelations.the staff they are very good and good service. But hotel is not even in the location for 5 star at all

The floor of our room was not very clean. The room has tile floors and while they looked clean, when I took my shoes and socks off, I was stepping on a lot of dust and debris.

The service was incredible! Everyone in the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My family and I didn't speak Arabic or French, but everyone in the restaurant, hotel, and pool area went out of their way to find understand or find someone who understood us. There are quite a few cafes and shops nearby that are walkable, although we went in the Summer so it was quite hot.

Restaurant is quite frankly bad. Poor choice of snacks, supermarket pizza’s, tapas. Expensive drinks.

The location is far from most attractions. The hotel didn't have a gym/fitness and there is not a park or a safe place to run in the vicinity of the hotel, which was a bit disappointing, although expectable in Tunis.

The breakfast was fine, with some variety, namely local foods. The rooms was relatively large, quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a pool, but it was closed (it was January).

I was in room 201 with no Internet,, the wifi was unreachable, The doorman at the lounge has no maners,, i arrived very late to the hotel i did a late check in and when i asked for a late check out they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for an extra 4 hours as my flight the next day was late. The door of the shower was broken
