United KingdomThe only thing I’d like to report is that the bar waiters were taking long time, (an hour or so) just to serve/bring a cup of coffee or tea. Other than that everything was extraordinary.
The property is well equipped deserves 5 stars. I liked the following: 1- The food was variant and delicious (open buffet). 2- The location, it is not far from the tourist centre (10 mins walk) where you find different restaurants if you are out of the hotel at the dinner time, 3- cleanliness, very clean hotel everywhere. The beach, very close and very clean and very equipped. 4- The room size and the bed quality. 5- The swimming pools and the spa centre all were excellent. 6- The staff were amazing, big thank you to all of you guys especially Madam Awatif and Rabab at the reception. 7- The room services people. If I’d come back I will come because of you. You were professionals, helpful, polite and down to earth, Thank you all ladies and gents. My break was not long (3 nights only) but you made me feel good and happy.

Excellent location and the newly-refurbished facilities are very conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. The attention and warmth from staff is of a high standard. As a resident, I felt valued and well-looked after in all areas of the hotel. Great service throughout. The facilities are first-class.

ItalyIf I had to suggest one small improvement, I would recommend adding more variety to the lunch menu.
Our experience was simply fantastic. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. Our room was new, welcoming, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely sea view. The food was good overall, and the breakfast was outstanding … definitely one of the hotel’s highlights: rich, varied, and of excellent quality. The reception staff were incredibly professional and kind. A special mention goes to Rabeb, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. I would also like to thank Hamza for his availability and attention to every detail … his support really made a difference. And last but not least, a big thank you to Anas and the entire reception team for their warm welcome and exceptional service throughout our stay.

The newly renovated rooms are very good. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower is excellent. I had no issues with the room’s infrastructure. The service was also very good. Everyone was always friendly. My safe didn’t work after check-in, but after I reported it to the reception, it was replaced within 5 minutes. Very impressive! The massages were perfect! This Hotel easily match, if not exceed, the standards of Hotelresorts of the same categorie in Southern Europe! You can barely hear the noise from the rooms under construction.

ItalyNothing except the buffet restaurant is disproportionately priced compared to room price, and drinks are extra. Too expensive for Tunisian. Also when I visited the interior swimming pool there were a bunch of noisy teenagers jumping in the pool and being very annoying, but that’s not hotel’s fault although a minimum control would have been nice.
I was upgraded to a sea-view room. Some reviews mention old furniture but my room was clearly just renovated as everything was nice and new. Huge comfortable bed. Hotel is large and clean. Has private access to beach. Garden area is nice and has plenty of seating and entertainment, although they were renovating or doing annual cleaning of the swimming pool so it was empty, also beach bar was closed in April (Easter vacation period…). Interior swimming pool and small gym were okay. Didn’t try the spa. Breakfast variety was good. Visited during Easter vacation in April, so low season. Therefore few guests (majority were Italians).

United KingdomThis property is a 3 star hotel. I completely regret booking on based of reviews. Facilities mentioned on list is not true. Firstly it was very difficult stay because there was no staff who could understand or speak english apart from basic greetings. Secondly their food is not worth at all, we stayed 6 days and being a regular travel it was worst food experince ever. We had 7 years old child with us , uncooked fries and speaking to staff and explaining was just like hitting a wall. Iron was not available at all and ended up paying for laundry because they dont provide iron however in facilities list its mentioned. We had to wait over 24 hours to get our clothes and ended up staying whole day in a room waiting for our clothes to arrive so we can go out as we had an activity booking. There is a shesha option however no options or menu available. Only 2 flavours I would never book this place very disappointed, constant explination to staff and when leaving they were acting nice and asking to leave a review positive was a funny bit when the service standard is zero

United KingdomThe outdoor pool was not available due to renovations which were not disclosed at any point. The beach is also very dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms do not have any AC.
The refurbished rooms are very nice. Indoor pool is pleasant. Spa is nice and well priced.
