MaltaWiFi woes Unfortunately, the WiFi connection in the hotel was quite unreliable. I had trouble staying connected in my room, and there were times when there was no signal at all. This made it difficult to work or stay connected with friends and family. Room had no towels or soaps, we had to ask for towels every day to get them changed.
Had a great time! The food options were fantastic and everything we tried tasted amazing. We especially loved Tunisian couscous. The pools and water slides were so much fun, too! It was the perfect way to relax and have a good time.

United KingdomThis hotel has more potential. Waterpark slides were closed in feb!! But it was our bad luck, that time of the year. It says 5* but not as per your UK expectations. For half board and all-inclusive, buffet food was the same every day! We got bored eating the same food every day. Room facilities are very low. Sockets in the room were far off the beds 🤦♀️🤣🤣. I guess you get what you pay for....it was cheapest 5* star hotel with half board....and now I know why.
For cleanliness, I would give the hotel 11/10. Staff helpful and very friendly. Every night, they had some or the other activities for kids and adults. Hats off to housekeeping staff for cleanliness 👏👏....My husband had an emergency health issue, and hotel staff were very prompt and efficient in taking action, calling the doctor, and an ambulance. Thank you so much for your efforts 🙏.

United KingdomNo fridge. No kettle. No sauna (even though it’s listed in amnesties) No free safe (they say deposit but they try keep the money) Food isn’t great. I ended up with food poisoning. It’s been 3 days since I’m back and all I’m eating is pasta and bread still. Really bad food poisoning. Food isn’t cooked great all the time. I don’t feel this hotel is a 4* I’d say it’s a very good 3*. If I knew the status of the hotel before hand I’d have spent more money on a 5* or the 4*s around it too. Even though they gave us a free upgrade to the room it’s kinda pointless when there’s no kettles I was very surprised with no kettle. Had to make multiple trips to the bar for hot water for the baby. Also the hot water cut off one day for a good few hours. The taps weren’t working. My other family members room had no water. This seemed to be a hotel wide issue which they got resolved very quickly according to the receptionist staff. Although the cleaner lady said this happens sometimes due to volume of people showering at certain times of days. So I’m not sure which is it. Just note that if you’re reading this. I also very much disliked the fact they’d come take our towels at 10am and only come and replenish the towels at 6pm…. So for 8hours if you had a shower you had NO towels. Eventually I stopped wanting new towels. All inclusive options we’re okay maybe I’m being a bit picky given its 4* the snacks and drinks were limited very much so. The tea selections limited too. However this wasn’t a big deal as it was sufficient.
I liked the staff for the most part. They were friendly and kind. However some of them were also quite iffy and hard to get along with. There were always small issues luckily most resolved. Though be careful with the safe deposit they say deposit then don’t want to pay back the 30 dinar per key. I had to really force it out of them. Most the staff members were welcoming and nice. Swimming pool is one of the nicer ones in the entire strip. Good spa - no sauna but good spa and services in the spa. The price is also very good. There is Wi-Fi and it seems to work here and there in rooms. They gave us a pool view room for the room with a cot which was very nice of them. Cleaning service was very good. Room cleaning service was consistent and on time.

When we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The receptionist Mohammed couldn't do enough for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we could wish for. The waterside and pool bar were highlights. The atmosphere was lively and relaxing. All staff were fantastic and eager to help. They made sure we had sunbeds ready and the waiters kept our drinks flowing. The animation team kept us entertained day and night. There was plenty of variety of food with fresh options to suit everyone. We left feeling refreshed and happy and would definitely stay again.
