When we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The receptionist Mohammed couldn't do enough for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we could wish for. The waterside and pool bar were highlights. The atmosphere was lively and relaxing. All staff were fantastic and eager to help. They made sure we had sunbeds ready and the waiters kept our drinks flowing. The animation team kept us entertained day and night. There was plenty of variety of food with fresh options to suit everyone. We left feeling refreshed and happy and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a little bit old. Needs renovation and some repairs, especially inside the rooms. The bathroom door don't close at all. I think it can be more comfortable if they renew it.

The food was very good and the chef was truly skilled and professional.

Very disappointed by the way we were treated upon arrival. After a long night drive from Algeria, the security and receptionist (especially Mohamed) were unhelpful, disrespectful, and showed no professionalism.

I liked everything about the property, especially the reception which was very welcoming. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the aqua park was really fun. The whole experience was great!

Honestly, I didn’t find anything to complain about. Everything was good.

We loved all the waterslides and the indoor pool. The food was excellent.

Checking in was very chaotic. The room did not have air conditioning. We couldn’t leave the windows open too cool the room, because the mosquitos came in.

Massage was terrible plus very expensive for such experience they write something and they do something else, staff one of them wasn't normally he was asking directly for money which that was unexpected, anything you buy for the hotel they always don't have change ..!

The meals were good quality and delicious. Pools were great. Lots of entertainment. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

rooms were rundown and not super clean. Location was out of the town centre and far from things to do. Beach was filthy.

I was really annoyed by other guests and the hotel staff was delayed with taking the decision of transferring me to other room.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is spacious and very nicely decorated. I really enjoyed my stay

May be the noise from outside as the hotel is located near a crossroads.
