A very quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated place, located in a central spot — just 1 minute from Taksim Square, next to the metro and buses, and only a 5-minute walk from the Havaist stop connecting Istanbul Airport with Taksim. The owner and all the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Our bathroom door was a bit temperamental. It either wouldn't shut or the lock would jam, probably needs some oil in it. WiFi also wasn't the best past 12am for some reason. It kept cutting out.

Very comfy beds, nice staff, easy to check in and get help as it has a 24/7 front desk. Very good value for money and in a decent location with food, buses and shops all nearby.

The mattress was not comfortable and there is a need for maintenance in the room, for example of all the light buttons was working only one of them, electric sockets did not work all too

A PLUS RESIDENCE is perfect place to spend a short vacation, excellent value of money, excellent location ((2 minutes to Taksim and 2 minutes to Istiklal street, very quite street, very friendly staff and the most important advantage it is a very safe place to stay in Istanbul. it is my second time to live in this place and I will always book in it with my family or with my friends.

Perfectly located for the bus to the airport. Next to local restaurants in a quiet area just a couple of streets from the main shopping area. The room was clean, nice and quiet. The gentleman at the reception is a super nice guy. He wanted to be as much helpful as he could. And he was. I would come back here again

The hotel itself it s nice and i rated it with big score⭐️ We had a problem though: we were told that the check out is at 12:00, But some guy came at 11:00 yelling to go, he didn t want to get out when we told him to go and let us to finish out baggage because we were told we can stay until 12:00. Moreover, he invitated 2 potential guests to see the room while we were there. Again, I recomand the hotel and I would come here again. But the situation before we left was really ugly 🙏🌸

The room had a strong musty smell as soon as I walked in, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. There was only one small window, and it looked out onto an abandoned lot filled with trash. The view was depressing and made the room feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
