South AfricaWe booked and paid for a full sea view, but upon arrival, the view was more of a partial side view. When we raised this concern, we were informed that the room was indeed classified as a sea view. Additionally, the room we received differed noticeably from the images displayed at the time of booking, so we recommend confirming the specifics beforehand to avoid any surprises. Another point to note is the reservation of pool loungers. Many guests seemed to reserve loungers early in the day but failed to use them for several hours, sometimes only showing up 2–4 hours later. This made it difficult for other guests who genuinely wished to use the pool facilities. It would be helpful if the hotel could implement better monitoring or management of this practice. Lastly, as some other guests have also mentioned, the rooms are not soundproof. If you’re planning on spending a lot of time in your room or are sensitive to noise, be aware that sound from neighboring rooms may be disruptive.
The facility was exceptionally well-managed, with seamless operations throughout our stay. The entertainment was continuous and engaging, providing something for all age groups. The food was of a high standard, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit every palate. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this destination to others.

NetherlandsOf note are the slippery tiles around some pool areas. We saw people slip, i.e. at the 18+ pool area. Perhaps anti-slip strips will help to reduce/eliminate the hazard. Other than this, I really tried to find something worthwhile to mention, but failed. That is how good it was!
Very friendly, inviting and courteous reception on arrival. A Dubai-like reception, a spacious layout of the foyer and lounge areas, radiating a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere. The spaciousness continued in terms of the rooms, and also outdoors with beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities, all well maintained. Cleanliness and service mindedness was at a high level everywhere, with friendly staff meticulously going about their assigned duties all day to maintain set standards by the resort, despite some grumpy and ill-mannered guests around. Tops! Although there was no vacancy left, it never felt crowded. Sufficient sun-beds, perhaps not at your preferred location at the time of day. The main lounge areas were never busy and provided a memorable setting to relax and chill at anytime of the day. We also enjoyed the patisserie! Around the clock service and a plethora of food and beverage options and variations with daily changes in prime menus. Hygiene standards were first class. So far, matching the best inclusive resorts we have stayed in over the past many years, and worldwide. Our sincere gratitude and thanks!
