Gundogan is one of the prime locations in Bodrum and this hotel has its own beach which is a big advantage. Staff has been very kind, rooms are spacious, pool is very nicely done and the breakfast was great. Definitely highly recommended.

Rooms are large enough and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach & pool facilities are fantastic. Breakfasts are to die for. Great spot to spend the day in a comfortable way , everything you need is easily available.

Nothing just that we didn't stay long enough!!

We had a warm welcome at reception and were upgraded to a suite room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We guess because it was end of season and the hotel was quiet. The hotel and pool area were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the sun deck at the waters edge. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were given a late check out until 3pm.

The only issue was the currency change but it’s nothing to do with the hotel I guess.

So friendly and helpful staff. Made life so easier. Pelin Hanim was so kind to upgrade our room as a result of some issues with currency. And kitchen helped so quickly to my mums dietary needs. Beach part was excellent. The music choices and the decibel they played so good as there was no sound pollution which is a big problem in so many other premises.

Staff is very taff, AC is not working plus when we were leaving to the airport the manager of the hotel she requested to arrange pick up taxi from the hotel side and she asked our uber to leave immediately. This accident is very disappointing for us how dare she asked to follow her instruction while we have our uber with us and we were happy to deal with him. I beleive hotel manager should be more polite and have a very nice customer service not like her. Worst stay ever will never recommend to anyone

Breakfast options were limited considering that Turkish breakfast is full of varieties. WiFi was on the slower side if you are working from there, but the concierge and technician were attentive and helpful to resolve any sort of issue.

Location is great. Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

In general, it’s not worth the price; 40-50€ per night, tops. The room is very parsimonious furnished; the bathroom gets flooded every time after using the shower; the towels are old and turned yellow. The cleaning was quite poor - there were stains on the bed sheet, not sure if they’ve even changed it :( Even WORSE, we found once our door left half open after the housekeeping… luckily, it did not cause any loss.

The hotel’s located in a quiet and cozy neighbourhood, with a couple of fish restaurants and cafes at the beach. Parking available right on site, which was very convenient. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in dire need of a revamp. The spa is not exactly a spa, either is the gym both very mediocre. The walls in our room were literally crumbling and the shower was leaking our entire stay, it was even coming through the floorboards. The buffet breakfast spread is the WORST I’ve ever witnessed, there is nothing for vegetarians or vegans. It was so basic. As a whole the hotel just lacked any atmosphere and was slightly depressing.

this is our second stay there, it's a must in any turkey trip. we are becoming a super loyal guests. the beach staff and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful and willing to help always. such a nice peaceful stay, food is great, rooms are super clean. they were kind enough to even upgrade our room without us even asking.
