Very welcoming family owned hotel. The room really had the concept of a “cave home” but with modern day accessories. They had nice Turkish breakfast ready for us daily and even packed us breakfast when had to leave early for our tour….

Beds a little firm

Made it feel like a home away from home. So very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Even had an impromptu evening with one of the owners and a friend playing for us.

Our stay in a 200 yrs old house converted to a boutique hotel located near the city center was amazing. It was more of a friendly and Family environment as the hotel is been managed by a beautiful family of father, sons, daughter in law along with their lovely staff, who took special care of each and every guest. During the Eid evening there was a lovely Turkish music & Dance performance which added to our experience. The daily breakfast was tasty and simple. The food was fresh and nice, they served us a nice fresh glass of orange juice. They had different types of sauces and breads.

WE LOVE AJA!! Location is great close to everything, stuff is friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious, rooms are clean comfortable bed. They were so helpful throughout our stay. Big thanks to Mr. Serdar, Mr. Hasan, Mr. Mirac and Mr. Eray. Also big thanks to the lady’s behind the kitchen for every morning hot and delicious breakfast!! Highly recommended!!!!

Everything was great.

Nice room in a cave hotel in Ürgüp. The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and market, with restaurants and sights within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. There is a rear courtyard with a fountain which is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the fresh bread and baked items, and the staff are all very friendly and hospitable.

Everything - the rooms were tastefully furnished and in keeping with the period. Everything was well thought out We could highly recommend this hotel. The location was a very short walk into the town I have to mention the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They booked trips, taxis shuttle bus to and from airport. Always happy to help in any way they could

My only recommendation would be to not stay in the economy double room - it is extremely small and there’s no place to put any of your stuff. We were hanging out towel on the TV to dry. There were no side tables and there’s paint chipping off the walls so that room overall just looked a lot worse than I expected for a 5 star hotel. We spent a lot of time in the common area because we couldn’t hang out in the room at all. The other rooms are probably much more spacious. Also the location is down the hill so there aren’t good views like there are from other Urgup hotels that are higher up.

As others have said, the hospitality was amazing here, with super nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and it did feel like we were dining in a family’s home.

Maybe only the breakfast could start a little earlier then 8:30. It could be useful, especially during the summer, for people who want to start their exploration earlier.

We liked everything. Hotel is nicely located within walking distance from the centre of Urgup. The interior design is original, well thought and provides very pleasant sense of spending the time in traditional Turkish environment, but not lacking any modern amenities. Everybody in the hotel was very nice and doing their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We particularly enjoyed rich breakfast in the garden.

Everything was great!

Very cozy family hotel with incredible friendly staff. They were ready to help every single moment. They arranged all the transportation, excursions and so on. The front seat worked 24/7. The night front desk manager Eray was always helpful and always on duty. I felt very safe and welcomed there. Also the property was in the heart of Urgup that made it very easy. Highly recommend!

Some upper rooms have a lower ceiling, still very sweet and with a great air conditioning, thought. It is a minor aspect.

It is the sweetest welcoming I have ever had in a Hotel. The place is like a hometown stone building, conveniently closed to the center of Urgup (literally 2 mins walk). Everyone is super nice, they provide all sort of information to visit the area, whatApp available all times during the day or else they organize your tour for the day. Breakfast is good and so is Hi-Fi. The first bight my pillow was too high and a new smaller one was found on the closet for the second night.
