It’s also great to know that the luggage assistance and decor met your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding email response delays and street noise. The road work on our street has now been completed, and we are confident that future stays will be much more peaceful. Regarding the amenities: shaving kits and dental kits are available in our suite rooms, as per our room standards. However, these can also be requested at the reception when needed. All our rooms are provided with 1 liter of complimentary water daily. Upon request, we are happy to deliver an iron and ironing board to your room. We value your feedback about entertainment options and will keep this in mind for future improvements. Thank you once again for your valuable comments.
