We stayed at this hotel in the beautiful city of Kaş, but unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were very small and the cleanliness was not up to standard. Even though we asked for housekeeping, our room was left without cleaning and without fresh towels for four days, which was very frustrating. However, I want to highlight the positive side: the gentleman and the lady who served breakfast every morning were extremely kind and always smiling, which we truly appreciated. Sadly, apart from their hospitality, the overall service did not meet our expectations.

Rooms were more dated than expected.

The owner is friendly and there was a small car park. Price is very cheap for a good location.

Kas is almost impossible to park in. The room was significantly worse than the pictures. It smelled of sewage. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was terrible. Rusting metals in the bathroom and shower. Walls and skirting boards were dirty.

Good bed. Good air conditioning.

Light of bathroom is shutting down automatically after a few seconds.

Friendly staff

It was extremely difficult to find the location. Average breakfast. Good, functional water fountains on each floor would have been helpful.

It felt like home away from home, yet it was calm, peaceful, and picturesque. The breakfast was delicious every single morning with homemade pastries and freshly baked cakes. Spectacular views of the ocean. The staff were helpful, attentive, and super friendly looking after our every need.

Very close to the beach and very close the center. Perfect location!

There was a very annoying person whistling out of tune in the mornings which woke me up everyday. However I think they were from the hotel opposite. You can hear all external street noise and people

Hotel stay really near to center area. It is located on the hill where you can see the landscape, especially from the kitchen’s balcony. Every floor have many rooms and my room was not bad, wide and cleaned. The only thing it’s not present in the room is the little fridge. For a typical beach holiday is perfect and the value for money is perfect.

There is not elevator.

Location is amazing less than 5 minutes walk into town and a few minutes walk from the ferry. Well priced rooms, although I guess this comes with its limitations. Bathroom shower didn’t work in either room - only the faucet… was unclear if this was normal or broken I am unsure. Rooms were relatively clean although could have been maintained to a higher standard. In saying this, rooms were fine for a single night stay and good value for money.

the location

there is no parking available, ots just on thebstreet, if you lucky, you get aonething, if you are unlucky, and that is happening when high season then no place and you have to park very far away and pull your luggage with you. You cannot pay with credit card. Too expensive for what it was

The location was good.

First, we had to carry our bags on a long stair. Second, the price was too much for the room (with no breakfast, no shampoo).
