The host is the best. Mr. Mehmet father is a very nice host. We were for 7 days at the top floor and the view of sea is amazing. The location is best. You do not need to hire taxi to go anywhere. All tourist attractions are on walking distance and you can use the public transport like tram and metro. The English breakfast was good and free of cost everyday. Bath room Water pressure was good.

The most important thing we loved about our stay was the host and the location. The host is an incredibly kind, polite, and wonderful person. We are truly grateful to him for everything. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable, and we felt very welcome. The location is also perfect — close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Very good, varied breakfast.

The lighter for the stove did not work. Unable to make tea or coffee. There was an urn with hot water in the entrance, but it was 3 flights of stairs down.

Very friendly host. They even allowed us to keep our luggages in a separate room till night even after check out, so that we didn't have to go around with bags on both hands. They provided great breakfast too.

the fact that we were received breakfast and coffee everyday was a suprise as the accomodation didn't include breakfast!!! the owner who is an elderly gentleman also helped carry our luggage up the stairs 😀 Mehmet was also very responsive when we reached out to him. we truly recommend this accomodation which is very central!

Very good place & service value for money

Overall excellent

The host was extremely helpful and kind. Our flight was cancelled so we went with another flight and arrived 1 day earlier. We notified the host about the problem and they flexibly solved it - we slept in another apartment for 1 day and the next day we moved to the apartment we had booked. Thank you for the flexibility! The location of the accommodation is excellent, attractions and public transportation are nearby. Restaurants are very close. The beds are comfortable, breakfast was delicious and fresh. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Location is outstanding, walkable to main historical attractions. The simple breakfast platters were a nice touch of convenience. Early and quick check-in was helpful.

Having to pay in cash added 10% to the price in ATM withdrawal and exchange fees. Had to ask for more toilet paper and took an extra day to deliver and clean. Didn’t need much cleaning but wasn’t clear what was provided when the toilet trash can was full for an extra day.

It did the job for 4 old men who aren't fussy. But, it's probably not a place to take your wife on a romantic weekend.

Great location, wonderful apartment, family friendly.

The breakfast was excellent- the hosts father brought two plates of bread, pastries, cheeses meat and veg every morning. The beds were all very comfy and the apartment had a wonderful view of the Little Hagia Sophia/Küçük Ayasofya Camii. The apartment is only a short walk from Sultanahmet square and is perfect for tourists on a budget.

Excellent location just near the major attractions, in a nice neighborhood with cute houses and lively streets, with a sea view (we stayed on the top floor). The living room is especially nice. Wifi was unstable the first couple of days but then somehow improved.

Note that the Little Hagia Sophia is just under the windows so muezzin's call to prayer at sunrise is very loud.

It was a very cosy apartment with all the basic facilities and amenities needed. Shop and restaurant within walking distance. The host Memet and his father are very welcoming. Every morning the host father bring breakfast for us free as a good gesture. Blue mosque within 10 min walking distance.

Only the old man Majeed

I give one star only for the old man Majeed and his good service. He is always doing his best to satisfy his guests. But there are a lot of negatives in that booking, The check in was so hard to get as the apartment was not ready to host us. We had to wait under the rain and snowy weather with our kids. When we call the guy called Mehmet he was hanging up every call. We had to wait about 45 minutes in the cold snowy weather. Besides that the guy named (Mehmet ) has no honesty at all as he does not give change back when you give him the rent. For example if the rent was 520 usd and give him 600 usd don’t dream that he would bring the change. He would take whatever change remaining and will not show his face not answering calls when you ask him to give back your change. I would not never ever deal with him again for this reason at least. There is No access for taxi most of the time. apartment door hardly locks leaving no safety. no hall just corridor with old dusty mats. Furniture very old. I slept on the floor to avoid backache from horrible bed. AC not working sufficiently and produces bad smell. Chairs broken. Shower broken and was changed only last day. Bathroom sink broken. No sandals provided only last day. Shower is corroded black water coming sometimes. Windows of master room broken. No lift.
