- It's a good place to have a night, if you want to have a night between two flights from different airports. Close to Metro station - They gave us flat (I can't call it a room) on the second flor and it's a lot of space there: room to work, rook to sleep, huge corridor. - Nice guy on reception helped us and ordered food delivery for us. - Lots of wardrobes for clothes

No one in so called 4 stars hotels speak English, all use google translation. Check in was really slow and all went wrong in it, also got to pay more then was booked and got the room which I didn’t booked, fortunately they changed it after my request. Cleaning is also quite unknown to personal (toilet-sear was so dirty). All condition of a hotel is for a really shabby 3 stars at most.

What they have mentioned in their advertisement, I couldn’t get . I have to ask every single things . They didn’t provide basic tea , coffee, sugar , tv remote , toilet paper which they have stated in booking.com . Not only that , when I arrived at hotel for check-in , the staffs were not present . I had to wait more than 20 minutes in reception . That was not acceptable at all .

I really didn't like the breakfast and the location of the property. One of the AC was broken during our stay in the hotel.

The hotel's location could be more convenient, and it is quite distant from Istanbul's popular sightseeing places. Regarding breakfast, there were some discrepancies as the pictures showed a buffet breakfast, but in reality, it was a limited plate with just a few items like 1/4 tomato, 1/2 cucumber, a few olives, and so on, which became monotonous every day. The room cleaning service seemed to be basic, primarily focused on emptying the trash. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expected standards of a 4-star accommodation, and the tour rate in the reservation was unexpectedly high, leaving me disappointed

The rooms of the hotel is really dirty. We tried three rooms. No cleaning for two weeks. The staff just ignored or requests.

To get somehow clean bathroom finally we stopped in room for 5 people. And there was two huge rooms. That is good. All rooms for three people was literally full of dirt.

Large rooms, metro 2-3 minutes on foot. The accommodation is located on the Asian side of Istanbul. By metro, the center is about half an hour to three quarters of an hour. There is a very good sandwich shop about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

The property advertised as a free parking but you can only park like 10 cars in total as their car park in the bottom had been rent out to car detail company. This literally wasn’t good for me as each night I couldn’t park my car outside of the hotel and my main reason of choosing this hotel was Parking. Can’t park opposite to hotel, can’t park in front of hotel, can’t park can’t park blah blah blah. This was the only down bit for me.

Hotel was nice and simple. I had a massive room with a double bed and spacious bathroom. I had to check in around 4am in the morning and having a 24h check in desk worked out for me as I was travelling from a different country and my eta wasn’t known however nice and quick check in sorted me out. Thank you for the night shift receptionist.

The first room we had #104 had a broken bed, so we asked to change the room. We had room 505, it wasn't cleaned before we come, we had soda bottles and cigarettes on the window behind the curtains. The celling lamps were flickering and flashing and we kept asking them for 11 days to change the lamps but they never did. In 11 days we stayed they cleaned the room only once and that was after a big fight. Bed sheets never changed for 11 days and toilet papers we had to go down to reception to get one. The room we had #505 doesn't have WiFi coverage so we had to use our data lines. One of the staff (a guy) didn't know a single word in English, whatever you ask him for will tell you tomorrow. The girl keeps smiling and writing notes but never do anything about your problems. The manager is hiding and avoids meeting clients. No one would listen your complaints...it is just.love it or leave it. Location is really bad, it is in the middle of no where, the only positive point is a close by metro. I advice everyone to stay away from this hotel. Save your money and nerves and look somewhere else. Especially rooms 104 and 505.

- When we arrived the key of the room was not working. We waited for 30 minutes as the staff mentioned but it was not solved. After insisting, they eventually gave us another room. - The room was not cleaned, every morning we asked the staff to clean the room, but during our stay the room was never cleaned. There was even a condom in the room and the bugs were flying in the bathroom. - The staff was terrible and trying to avoid us. Not helpful and very rude.

The location is fine and the size of the room was good for a family.

Scam Hotel!!! totally scam hotel. they are showing wrong photos, nothing is at property. broken bed and sofa, not working TV, AC not working. toilet shower broken and dirty as hell. they dont have breakfast
