In all honesty I liked everything, but not to miss out the point-our only discomfort was about the lack of smoking areas, people smoke from anywhere which may make other guests (non-smokers) abit uncomfortable.

Artemis Cave Suites proved to be an excellent choice, with its elevated location providing sweeping views of the town and truly remarkable sunsets. Guest Relations gentleman Burak ensured our comfort from booking confirmation through arrival and departure transfers, making the entire process seamless. It was also reassuring to see the hotel manager, Michel, personally attentive to every guest’s well-being, a hallmark of exemplary leadership. It is therefore no surprise that his team did not miss a single detail in ensuring their guests’ comfort.

I think because it was a cave, some “bits” of paint (I think) were falling from the ceiling. But this didn’t really bother me.

The cave hotel was very stunning and it was a very comfortable stay. The lovely staff were welcoming from check in to the staff at the rooftop bar - they even helped with parking our car (every time!) at no cost too. Rooms on the higher floors would get a better view of the city. Don’t miss having a drink at the rooftop bar during sunset! The views are really nice here!

I liked everything!!

An ideal place to relax! Very polite staff, all of them! You feel like you are not just a client in this hotel, but a welcome guest! They will help you organize your vacation: a hot air balloon flight, excursions (both group and private), quad bike rides, and they will also pick you up / take you from the airport. There are also wonderful breakfasts, very varied. Live music in the evenings, very high-quality cocktails, delicious hookah. The hotel is located on the top, from where a beautiful view of the balloons opens, a 5-minute walk from the observation deck. I will note about the rooms - very clean, spacious, there are all the bathroom accessories, a bathrobe, slippers. Also in the refrigerator there is a free bottle of wine, drinks, water. In the room there is a coffee machine with capsules. I do not know what can be done even better than this hotel was able to do for its clients. Artemis is the best hotel !!! And the restaurant, by the way, too!

Our suite was set in the rock and the view from our veranda back over the town of Goreme was breathtaking, especially at night or early morning when the balloons floated by. The room was spacious and a huge bathroom. Extremely comfortable and spacious.

Location was super close to everything. Be prepared to walk up and down hills/roads. The balloons float over this area and it’s magical. The Turkish Bath was fantastic!

The hotel is beautiful with spectacular views. The roof top is exceptional especially at night. Rose assisted us with our check in and excursions and she was spot on on the suggestions provided. I recommend this hotel for when in Cappadocia.

We went as a group of five and had the best time. The location was perfect—close to all the restaurants and right near the centre, which made everything super easy and accessible. One of the highlights was the view; we could see the balloons right from where we were, and it was absolutely stunning. Rose was incredibly helpful—she supported us with booking tours and gave us all the info we needed to make the most of our stay. Everything ran smoothly thanks to her. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and a lovely room (suite). Rooftop jar and jazz were really fun. I went to the soa which was a great experience. The staf were super helpful before and duri g our stay and organised all our activities (balloon trip and tour). It all worked perfectly.

The only thing I felt was the breakfast needed improvement, as there is very minimal selections compared to other hotel in Turkey.

The location and the staff at Artemis, they were always there to assist with anything. Their rooftop bar was sensational, the scenery during sunset was immaculate.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They enthusiastically answered all my questions! I booked a hot air balloon ride with Butterfly through the hotel—it was a 16-person basket, and the experience was amazing! The hotel handled all the communication with the balloon company and even helped me book in advance. I only had to pay on-site, which made the whole process super simple and reassuring. I'm really grateful to the hotel for arranging the hot air balloon ride! I also wanted to drive myself to watch the balloons, and the staff kindly recommended the best spots for viewing. In addition, I booked a sunset horseback riding tour through the hotel. Riding through the valley was absolutely incredible—such a great experience! The best part is that you can book this activity through the hotel anytime before noon on the same day, which is very flexible. Just a heads-up: the horseback riding activity now only accepts cash in euros.

Perfect location and view point. The coolest bar in the area with the best music and awesome cocktails. Lovely staff that were very knowledgeable and attentive. Concierge serve was excellent. The hamam full package was incredible. Cool room
