How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing – always helpful and smiling. The facilities were excellent, the drinks were great, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
While I really liked the hotel overall, I have to mention the serious noise issue coming from the nearby VIP Dance Bar. If you're someone who values rest, is an early sleeper, or sensitive to noise, it's nearly impossible to get any sleep before 3 AM. Even earplugs don’t help, as the bass is so strong you can feel it vibrating through your body. The hotel's own music continues until around midnight, which is understandable and acceptable. However, due to the hotel’s central location in the Ölüdeniz market area, the external noise is overwhelming — you can’t even hear your TV properly in the room. I believe this isn’t just a guest issue, but something the hotel and nearby businesses should raise as a complaint, as many guests come here to relax, enjoy some quiet, and get a good night's sleep — which sadly isn’t possible under these conditions.

Verified reviewCats. The best part of my stay— there were many cats nearby and in the hotel, I loved them! The location is good, close to the beach (but the beach itself is bad…) Some drinks at the bar are free for all inclusive, which is nice. And the reception, bar and serving staff were nice, very welcoming.
It wasn’t on my liking. I came to Turkey to explore the local culture and cuisine, but this stay (and Oludeniz in general) disappointed me. Regarding this hotel, the room was very small and the balcony was unnecessary big, almost as big as the room, but with a view of nothing, literally there was a white wall in front of us and maybe a side view, nothing pleasant. I believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned/sanitized before our arrival, because we found things left over (in obvious places) from the previous tourists who stayed in that room. Also, the housekeeping lasted all day, until around 4 PM, and they came to clean our room very late (between 3-4 pm), which wasn’t very pleasant. They didn’t do a great job either because the room didn’t seem clean, only the bed made. Every time we came back in the room there was still sand left on the floor/in the bed and our towels went missing a few times. Besides that, we had a water leaking problem in the bathroom (that wasn’t addressed), some days had low water pressure, the door of the balcony didn’t close properly and the AC wouldn’t work unless that door was shut properly. For some reason, the WI-FI didn’t work in the bathroom and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. The walls were very thin, you could very well hear everyone walking, screaming and shutting doors. And on top of that, there’s a club nearby making a lot of noise until midnight, it’s very loud. Overall not the best hotel room/stay. Next part, the hotel doesn’t offer any activities. We were told to talk with our guide because it’s illegal for them to do so — so I guess they have a contract with some travel agencies. We didn’t have any guide, we came on our own and booked through booking so it was hard to find organized tour guides. The ones available outside the hotel are usually overpriced and most of the people selling stuff on the streets are just trying to scam tourists.

Verified reviewI love the location, the staff made us feel like home and you could feel they did all their best for their guest. The food was the best I have for a long time, I could compare with my mom dishes and she is a great chef. The evening shows were great both for teens and parents. And the beech was incredible beautiful with a lot of activities to do. And we had the best barman Busra, with amazing design and perfect for my Instagram We stayed in a family room which was ideal for our stay. It was fantastic!

The food served in all inclusive was good however drinks were basic in my opinion, a lot of extra charges to have nicer drinks. Pool facilities are nice.
The noise is ridiculous in the room at night. It is booming and it’s horrible. We did not get one good night sleep here as our room was right next to the strip- I think because we are young they assumed we wouldn’t mind but it was horrendous. It ended up ruining a lot of the experience for us.

Verified reviewThe food was one of the better experiences I've had with an all inclusive, the quality of the food didn't suffer from the quantity they were needing to produce Prosecco included in the drink was also a win Location wise is perfect, as you're right on the main strip of Oludeniz, and close to the beach. But the secluded nature of the resort, with high foliage around the buildings makes you feel like you're further away when you're inside.
Be prepared to wake up early to get a chance at getting a sunbed by the pool! The shower in the room did occasionally go cold and lose water pressure. Didn't bother us, but you can hear the music from the strip from a lot of the bedrooms.

The property was fantastic, they have different apartments. The only thing I did not like was the single bed in our room. I can’t remember when last I slept in a single bed. Apart from that, everything else was very clean and nice

The NOISE in the evening from the hotel entertainment was very loud & until 1am - the manager did get it turned down a little. The FOOD was AVERAGE, edible but not really tasty so you wouldn’t be going back the next evening. Concentrate on a few tasty local dishes. Quality not quantity. Small rooms The gym equipment is poor quality like it was bought on Wish.

Verified reviewWe had a good time here, exceptional location, close to the beach. The lunch buffet was always pretty nice. And the pools were lovely, it was clean and well taken care of throughout the hotel, lots of sunbeds etc. Pretty generous mini fridge and refilled daily. We also paid for the Turkish hammam experience including sauna, body scrub, and a massage. Absolutely loved this, very relaxing and a good price.
The breakfast was always the worst meal of the all inclusive package, not the best selection and a lot of overcooked food. The cocktails weren’t super nice, very sweet bottled stuff, and we weren’t huge fans of the entertainment.
