This hotel is situated in a small historic area, with cute restaurants along the waterfront . The staff were very helpful- Nebib went out of his way to help us feel welcome. The room is small, but the area is so beautiful we found we were only in it to sleep- the bed was very comfortable- the bathroom is small but sufficient . We loved our stay at this hotel and wished we’d stayed longer .

The air conditioning was a bit noisy

    Room was clean.

I did not like our room and I wanted to change even though we booked sea view room. We wanted different room even they have ability for that day but and they saiyd they cannot change. After all we chose standart room and when I asked about differences they said we cannot do anything about it which I believe they could do. Also in the fecility did not have hot water. Parking car is a huge problem there.

Our trip to Assos went wonderfully thanks to the help of the staff. Every morning they welcomed us with a smile and a breakfast. The restaurant of the hotel is right downstairs and you sit right by the sea, we even saw a starfish while having lunch!

The rooms can feel a bit small. Need better protection so people don't keep hitting their head on the ceilings on the top floor :D

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were two couples traveling together — one with a baby. Just a few hours before check-in, we realized the hotel was adults-only. We called ahead to explain the situation, and they told us to come anyway and they would inform the manager. After driving 2.5 hours, we arrived only to be told that the couple with the baby could not stay. No help was offered — just a cold “no,” leaving them outside with their baby in the heat, with nowhere to go. They had to find and book a new hotel last-minute. We stayed — and honestly, we regret it. The room had a tiny window facing the back of a fish tavern, and it constantly smelled. The room felt like a cave. The bathroom door couldn’t open fully because it hit the toilet. The fridge didn’t work (in the middle of July, with extreme heat), and there was no sense of comfort or relaxation. They also falsely advertised parking — when we arrived, they just told us to “park somewhere if we find.” Every other place in the area either had valet or proper parking. There was absolutely nothing “adults-only” about this hotel — no added comfort, no atmosphere. Meanwhile, the other couple found a fabulous hotel just 50 meters away with a stunning port view and excellent service. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a pleasant and stress-free stay, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC helped with the warm weather. The sea was very clean. The breakfast was good. Definitely we will visit Assos and accommodate here again.

Stunning location just across from the Roman harbor. Lively view from the room, and it is close to the street and paid parking. Also conveniently located to unload cars before making the parking. Cute and spacious rooms and reasonably sized bathrooms. Amazing outdoor breakfasts overlooking the harbor. Really couldnt envision a better start to the day.

Well the room was a little cramped and the ceiling was a little low on the side of the bed close to the window because of the attic style wooden beams for the sloping roof. I am 5'7" and bumped my head two or three times. Tall people would really struggle. The windows are small, see picture. I was thrilled at the view but my husband felt a little claustrophobic.

It was quiet. The staff was friendly. Especially the gentleman who was serving breakfast in the restaurant was very kind. It was a plus that breakfast was included.

There were no towels in the rooms. The beach to swim in was far away. The variety of fish in the contracted restaurant under the hotel was insufficient. The fire escape is the main staircase; there is no extra escape door etc. The ventilation of the rooms is insufficient.

Beautiful location you reach by passing Assos antique ruins, just in front of the sea. I love the interior, the view, the fact that heating is done with proper heater (not the hot air from air-conditioners which I do not like at all). Very quiet, I could enjoy a free parking just outside of the hotel entrance. Staff do really care

The room was lovely and the shower was perfect. I'd been experiencing hot water issues in a lot of the hotels I'd been staying in in Turkey. This one was the best. The location on the seafront is perfect.

It wasn't that I didn't like it but I don't speak Turkish so communicating at times was a challenge. However, I was travelling with a guide so he was able to sort out everything. The staff were very accommodating in every way.

At first, when I saw everything, I really liked it, but then I was completely disappointed.

There was a sewage smell in the room, and it was very cold. The switches weren’t properly attached, and when you touched them, they would fall off. That’s why I liked everything at first, but as soon as I checked in, the room started falling apart before my eyes. When booking, I indicated that there would be two guests (me and my wife), and breakfast was included. In the morning, when we went for breakfast, it was served only for one guest, while the other just watched.

An amazing location by the little harbour, with breakfast tables by the harbour wall. A superb traditional breakfast. The room overlooked the sea. Friendly staff.

An unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
