Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsThere is a problem with English in a hotel - no one speaks or pretend they do not speak. The surrounding area is not for exploring for sure. So hotel is OK for staying overnight during stopover but I wouldn't consider for more than this.
Hotel located trully nearby the airport, takes less than 10 minutes to drive. Check-in/check-out went smoothly, transfer was organized with no charge. Room was ok, SPA is good, especially massage.

United KingdomThe location appears to be in an industrial wasteland with a petrol station and a large number of fast-foodish doner kebab and pide restaurants for neighbours. For an overnight stay, however, that does not matter. I am puzzled that when I sent the hotel a message providing my flight details and requesting an airport transfer I received a message back with a bunch of telephone numbers and instructions to arrange the transfer directly by messaging one of the numbers on WA. In fact the shuttle service is the hotel's own provision: the shuttle van belongs to the hotel and its drivers are hotel employees. The van runs on an hourly schedule and seems pretty well organised, so I do not see why the hotel could not pass on flight details to its own drivers. Finally, the breakfast is quite generous but heavy on items such as white bread, eggs, cheese and cold cuts, while somewhat lacking in healthier options such as fresh fruits, yoghurt and simple cereals. One attendant did bring out some yoghurt for me when I asked for it. All of these are minor issues.
The hotel offers 3-4 star comfort and facilities near Sabiha Gokcen airport at a price that is borderline midrange. There are spa facilities and a nicely sized swimming pool although most travellers would be there for an overnight layover so unlikely to use them. The biggest attraction is the free shuttle transfer which only one other hotel on Booking.com offers and that hotel is considerably more expensive.

BangladeshPicking timing from Sabiha airport should be more accurate. Thanks if it can be prearranged as almost all global e-sims are not allowed to function properly in Turkey and local sims are very expensive in the airport.

TurkeyWe were not able to use the facilities, even though the booking included the hammam, sauna, and massage — they were closed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and extremely simple. I did not expect this, especially considering the price.
The staff were kind and friendly. The airport transfer to and from the airport was a nice perk.

United KingdomGood to have had more plug sockets in the room. Stale bread / simit at breakfast. Area feels quite industrial, but fine for my needs on this trip.
Only stayed one night for airport transfer. Big, clean, very comfortable room. Shuttle service to/from the airport was great. Breakfast buffet was ok (lots of items, so everyone should find something).

MoroccoI stayed at this hotel for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what I needed — clean, comfortable, and just minutes from the airport. Check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming . If you’re looking for a reliable, convenient place to stay near the airport, this is a great choice. I’d absolutely book again for a layover or early flight!

Saudi ArabiaReally Nothing to say.
great experience at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and I found the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus. Reception available 24\7 Good response even in last minutes Room Clean. Breakfast was good. Swimming Pool. spa available for free The main point to consider about this hotel is its location: convenient for Sabiha Gökçen Airport and they provide Free Shuttle, but a considerable distance from Taksim Square 45 km and they support for paid transportation if you need

IrelandThere's very little not to like. The hotel is built for convenience to the airport rather than surrounding services. But even with that, there are places to eat, get drink etc within short walking distance.
Fabulous big room with balcony, and a great bathroom with an amazing bath. Staff were friendly. They called a taxi for us as our flight was earlier than the shuttle bus start. The shuttle bus driver we got on arrival was excellent and full of useful information. There is a free spa with sauna, steam room, and hamam. A beautiful hotel.

New ZealandI was given a smoking room. Didn't realise I needed to request a non-smoking room. Although the room did not smell like smoke it did have a heavy air freshener smell I did not like. The balcony door did not have a lock. No smart TV and no English language channels.

SpainFree shuttle was stressful as there wasn't a booking facility; it was just who got the bus first and it is only a minivan. Also (nothing to do with the hotel) but beware it is a 2 hour journey on public transport to 'sightseeing areas' with multiple changes of mode of transport including a scary ride on minivan bus.
The hotel was lovely. Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was OK. Free shuttle was great.

SpainThe room can be cleaned better and when I arrived I found someone’s else bottle of water in it. Bed sheets are old and must be changed. The AC was barely working. Stuff in the restaurant doesn’t speak any English and very very slow. I had to ask for my bill five times! Two of which I actually went to search for them.
The hotel is good choice for the layover night of your fly through Sabiha Airport. Free Shuttle is a handy plus. I didn’t try the spa so can’t say anything. Check-in was fast and the breakfast decent. The food in the restaurant was good. But generally the hotel is for locals.

FinlandThe spa area is separate for men and women, the airport transfer was not available as stated on the hotel's information, and the sound of airplanes is quite loud. Beds could have been more comfortable.
Very nice hotel on the surface. Tasty breakfast and clean overall. Powerful air conditioning/heater with great manual controls (on/off/temperature). There's not a lot to explore nearby, but the area has a few simple restaurants and shops. The sound of airplanes can get quite loud at times (landing every 5-10 minutes). For couples and families: the spa department is not shared. There is a shared outside pool, but the spa (sauna, hamam...) is separate for women and men. Also, in April 2025 at least, the airport transfer was NOT available from 7AM as stated by the hotel as well as many previous guests, but from 8AM. The hotel paid us a taxi after long negotiations. We were expecting a but more for the price. But overall, a good experience.

Although I informed them that we were arriving at SIT and flying out on SAW their was no one to pick us up on arrival , which was a big problem , the transfer the next morning was fine . SpainIt is a decent hotel. We expected a little bit more. Not the best communication with the employees. We paid in dollars and the exchange rate was horrible. Worst than in any other hotel in Turkey.
The free transfer to the airport is by far the best of this hotel. For one night and an early flight, it makes total sense. Does it.
