The driver was friendly, and the hotel provided an airport shuttle (pick-up and drop-off). This hotel may be suitable if you have your own car. Acceptable breakfast even, it is almost the same everyday.

The room was overpriced. We paid for three guests but only received amenities (towels, water) for two, and had to request extra from reception. The floor was dusty, the room smelled unpleasant of cigarettes(we not smoking), and the air-conditioning was not strong enough, which made it very uncomfortable in summer. The location is far from main attractions and the nearest restaurant was poor and overpriced. Taxi costs to the city and attractions are high (USD 10–30 one way depending on traffic).

I arrived at night and had to wake up at 5 a.m. for my flight. In the morning, the electricity in room 1017 was cut off: I couldn’t have coffee, couldn’t charge my phone, and had to pack using a flashlight. There were three of us in the room, but even basic things were missing — cups, sugar, and proper blankets (we had to cover with sheets). The pillows and mattresses were very hard, and the room didn’t feel fresh. In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, and the bidet spray was broken. The only positive was that a taxi was called on time. Overall, the stay before my flight was very uncomfortable.

Nice place for a night or two max. Drivers are very friendly.

The airco filters need to be replaced. Some misunderstanding about check out times and airport transfers.

Hotel located trully nearby the airport, takes less than 10 minutes to drive. Check-in/check-out went smoothly, transfer was organized with no charge. Room was ok, SPA is good, especially massage.

There is a problem with English in a hotel - no one speaks or pretend they do not speak. The surrounding area is not for exploring for sure. So hotel is OK for staying overnight during stopover but I wouldn't consider for more than this.

    Nothing

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We booked it for a short overnight stay before catching our next flight, paying for a room with one large bed and two small ones, as we are a family of four. Upon entering the room, we were shocked by its condition. The bed sheets had stains, holes, and hair on them. We had to sleep in our clothes because the sheets and pillows were so unbelievably dirty. Every piece of furniture chairs, sofas, and tables had large stains and visible damage. The shower was broken, with missing wall panels so that water spilled everywhere. In addition, the water was so heavily chlorinated that it was almost impossible to shower in. To make matters worse, although we paid for a room for four people, there were only two beds: one large bed and one small one. When we complained, the staff brought us a portable bed, which was nothing more than a thin mattress on a flimsy metal frame that collapsed every couple of minutes. I want to emphasize that we are a very understanding family and do not expect absolute perfection. However, the state of this room was simply unacceptable. We stayed only because we had just four hours before our flight, but we are very thankful we did not have to spend any longer in these conditions.

Having an airport shuttle (and a super kind, friendly driver) and efficient check-in (a bit before 3pm) was fantastic! The added benefit of a breakfast and hotel amenities such as spa, outdoor pool (which looked fantastic, but I wasn't able to use), and the hammam (unsure if this was included in the price made for quite a package, at a reasonable price. A very comfortable bed (one of the best I've encountered in all my travels, including to top hotels and resorts in the world) and solid water pressure made the basics covered... I checked out refreshed! Sad to say, the late-ish breakfast start time (7am) made it impossible to check out breakfast while running to the airport.

The property is a bit dated. I'd estimate '80s, and while the bed and TV have been refreshed, some of the room furnishings looked a bit worn (though everything worked fine, eg. lighting coverage was great). Though the staff left 4 bottles of water, and tea/coffee was at the ready, the mini fridge was a bit old and very difficult to close. For those of you wi-fi inclined, I had to join 2 Zoom calls for work, and the not-great "unstable message" connection appeared sporadically...and unpredictably. I had to switch to audio only, and this is never a good thing. So biz travelers beware, you won't have a robust connection to do your biz (I was taking calls late on Saturday night, so unless my neighbors were streaming Netflix at midnight, the system was not straining under peak-of-the-work day traffic). I loved our shuttle driver who kindly brought water and warmly welcomed us...but getting in touch with him was a patch of rough sledding! At the time of making my reservation, I sent a message to the hotel regarding my flight plans and coordinating a shuttle ride...no reply. Then, the night before my flight, I dug up a telephone number for the shuttle driver, from the intro. email sent to me. No reply. The next morning, I received a message in Turkish saying the driver was off that day, and he provided another contact number. I did finally contact the shuttle driver, and he did show up, though it was nearly a half hour after our agreed-upon time. I asked about a return trip to the airport, the next morning, and was told "talk to the front desk when you need it". OK...I checked in with the front desk at check out and they said, "shuttle at 8am" (45 minutes later...and I had to get to the airport). So, the result was a 7€ cab ride for the 15 minute drive. I wish there had been a clearer way to establish the shuttle driver system...

The hotel offers 3-4 star comfort and facilities near Sabiha Gokcen airport at a price that is borderline midrange. There are spa facilities and a nicely sized swimming pool although most travellers would be there for an overnight layover so unlikely to use them. The biggest attraction is the free shuttle transfer which only one other hotel on Booking.com offers and that hotel is considerably more expensive.

The location appears to be in an industrial wasteland with a petrol station and a large number of fast-foodish doner kebab and pide restaurants for neighbours. For an overnight stay, however, that does not matter. I am puzzled that when I sent the hotel a message providing my flight details and requesting an airport transfer I received a message back with a bunch of telephone numbers and instructions to arrange the transfer directly by messaging one of the numbers on WA. In fact the shuttle service is the hotel's own provision: the shuttle van belongs to the hotel and its drivers are hotel employees. The van runs on an hourly schedule and seems pretty well organised, so I do not see why the hotel could not pass on flight details to its own drivers. Finally, the breakfast is quite generous but heavy on items such as white bread, eggs, cheese and cold cuts, while somewhat lacking in healthier options such as fresh fruits, yoghurt and simple cereals. One attendant did bring out some yoghurt for me when I asked for it. All of these are minor issues.

To be honest I can’t find anything value at all

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the sheets were soiled with hair. Additionally, we were not provided with shower gel or shampoo, despite several attempts to contact the reception desk. The pool area was lacking sun beds, despite our complaints. When we requested three sun beds, they were provided - after 20 minutes standing in sun -but without mattresses or even towels. Consequently, we have decided not to stay on the pool area. The staff at the restaurant communicated solely in English, using only yes and no responses. This communication barrier prevented us from effectively explaining our dietary preferences and the poor quality of the food, which took approximately 40 minutes to convey. Regrettably, the hotel did not provide a shuttle bus to the airport, as advertised. Additionally, due to our early departure, we have requested breakfast boxes, but they could not be arranged. Considering these factors, we would rather opt for sleeping on the street rather than staying in a hotel of this caliber
