Very central. Beside the tram and the train station (Bamaine). Also nice and small. Staff were very friendly but a few Turkish phrases would be useful too. Breakfast was pretty standard Turkish fare with 2 hot different dishes each morning.

as an Irish person the food for breakfast was very limited so didn't avail of it.. also no menus to see what could be had for dinners nothing was explained upon arrival

Great location and value. Good breakfast as well. Staff were very helpful. Housekeeping services were good as welll.

Room size was quite small. Also, the room had old carpeting with cigarette burns on it.

The location is near the center

They advertise with parking. One we arrived they said there is no parking. I wanted a refund but that was not an option. The girl behind the reception was not helpful at all and not friendly whatsoever. They did not compensate us in any way. I really don’t get why this hotel has such a good rating. Besides the parking issue the hotel has nothing to write home about

Best place to join the city center and the sea side. All hotel staff were very kind. I recommend this place for a week stay.

The property was located in a great part of the city and it was kept very clean.

There was a lady on reception during daytime hours and she was very rude. I arrived late at night on Friday, my mother was staying at the hotel after surgery (the hospital put her in this hotel not by choice and I paid for my own separate room) and on Saturday morning the reception staff questioned why I was there and told my mother that she was meant to be single occupancy and she wanted to throw me out of the hotel lobby as if she didn’t believe that I’m a guest, I had to show my room key. I felt it to be very rude. Then again on check out we packed our cases and left them in the room while we were awaiting updates from the hospital to let my mom know when she would be picked up for final discharge/consultation and the lady hurried us to return our keys and stood with her hands out in the lobby for me to give her the key. Not sure whether it was because I’m of mixed/caribbean heritage or whether she is just this rude to everyone. In future if I return I will be choosing a different hotel

I spent four nights and it was extremely positive experience. Frankly, one of the best l’ve ever had. - the location of the hotel is very good - breakfast was very tasty and fresh. I really enjoy it. - the room was cleaned everyday. - the room was in good condition - I slept quite well. - the staff are very friendly. I especially would like to thank Mr. Turan Bey and Egehan Bey! - AND the owners, I think they are totally dedicated running the business. Customers can reach them for example at the restaurant or lobby during their stay. Hotel is a good example of “customer centric hotel management”. Belive me, during your stay owners will contact you many time🙂. - I was amazed by high ceiling entrance and its historical content - It was interesting to hear that the hotel is the first hotel of the city of İzmir. - I had also opportunity to stay one night in Republic suit. I loved it very much. The suit is devoted to rebublic of Türkiye and its creator Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Great and comfortable suit you should enjoy!

During my stay everythig functioned well at the hotel. As I mentioned early highly customer oriented owners are orchestrating business continuosly on the field. Big plus and thanks for the staff!

No swimming pool

Beautiful, intimate, well decorated hotel, that make you feel like home. The main space of the hotel is a beautiful salon with nice relaxing music that makes you want to chill and rest with tea or wine. Breakfast is nice and amazing staff. Great location, just in the middle of the center city.

The mini bar wasn’t working and l needed it especially that trip and no hangers for towels in the bathroom. The basic room is a bit small for 2 ppl.

Booking.com charged me 87 € for the night while it was only 63 € if booking directly on the reception. Couldn't tell whom to blame on this. The noise of the main road makes it difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. The shower in my room didn't have a curtain thus resulting in water splashing the bathroom.

You can hear everything, literally everything, from other rooms. if there is someone or a couple talkative next to you, it is difficult to sleep!
