Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. What disappointed me was that the indoor pool was closed, and we weren’t able to use it. There was no prior notice about this, which would have been helpful to know in advance.
My overall experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff were excellent – very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The room cleanliness could have been better, as there was some dust, possibly due to the carpet.

PakistanHotel has central heating and cooling system. It was not possible to change temperature levels for individual rooms. The room we got was extremely hot as all rooms were being heated and there was no way to decrease the temperature other than opening the window. The lock of the window was not working and it was not safe to open windows with kids on top floors. They changed the room next day and the temperature became bearable after opening the windows as window locks were functional in that room. They should make changes so that every guest can manage temperature in the rooms according to their liking and comfort.

Iran**Hotel Review:** My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, kind, and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a special touch to my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to have a view of Taksim Square, which was a great bonus. All the facilities in the hotel were well-maintained and clean, meeting my expectations. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of items, though there is room for improvement in terms of variety. For example, options like omelets could be added to enhance the offering. That said, the breakfast was still sufficient for my needs, and I enjoyed it. In summary, I had a fantastic time at the hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I travel to Istanbul in the future. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

FranceThe only thing that could be annoying is the clubs outside of the hotel, you can hear the music at night.
I stayed at Urban Taksim hotel for two weeks and was blown away by the welcoming and helpful staff. The receptionists, in particular Oguzhan and Duray were so helpful and always with a smile. They assisted me during a challenging situation offering support and guidance when I needed it most. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!
