The kitchen is not very equipped. It would be difficult to cook a meal (but there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby). The noise from the next door restaurant is still an issue and continues late. Earplugs are provided.

This is my second time at avilia and everything is as always perfect. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service all round. 10 mins out from city centre via taxi. All amenities are close by.

Location is great. Many restaurants and cafes are within a walking distance. The facilities include well equipped gym, swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. We enjoyed this stay for many reasons. The staff were also kind and helpful and the hotel was clean and well equipped.

A nice well fitted out apartment away from the hustle and bustle in Fethiye. Ideal for a longer stay with cooktop enabling you to make breakfast and easy meals. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely.

Absolutely everything you need in one place - swimming pool, gym and washing machine. The guys on reception were really helpful and there was also a paper with some great tips about local restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay at Avilia Suites and I'd definitely book here again if I am back in Fethiye!

The only downfall is the music from a bar nearby (it wasn’t every night). But they provide earplugs which were useful

The best hotel gym we have ever been to! Walking distance to restaurants but within 20minutes. It’s a little out of the main strip. The pool was closed but looked lovely for summer! Carparking was street parking but in a safe spot

The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was a short walk to the pier and all the cafes. They even reached out to us asking if we would like an earlier check in time and helped arrange activities with pick up and drop. I definitely recommend staying here if you visit Fethiye.

Clean and comfortable place to stay, location is a short walk to central fethiye. Very close to some lovely restaurants on the Harbour. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious, extremely kind and helpful staff. The location was a short walk from the beautiful marina which had many authentic Turkish restaurants and led to the old town of Paspatur. The staff could not be more kind or helpful

Unfortunately, the hotel is next to a restaurant/bar that plays very loud music some days until midnight or 1 AM. However, the hotel provides earplugs which come in handy.

We came with car and had a parking spot directly in front of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Always interested in their guests and very eager to guarantee a great stay. The room was spacious with a quiet AC. I highly recommend this hotel, as it is perfectly placed (close to the water and restaurants) and has a lot of advantages including a clean refreshing pool and a gym.

Amazing place. Another reason to visit Fethiye. It is clear that everyone at the hotel values quality and customer satisfaction above everything. We stayed in the room with a cozy balcony where you can enjoy evenings having some drinks. Small but very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. Shower and other room facilities are also very good. Location is also excellent, 5-10 minutes walk to Fethiye kordon. Very special thanks to Can bey and Mete bey from the reception. They are very friendly, know a lot about the city, including places to visit and eat, and always ready to help by assisting in arranging the tours and etc. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next Fethiye visit.
