Location cleanless staff and servies was nice

The property was in a really good location with excellent connections to other parts of Istanbul.

had a wonderful stay at Aymira Suites! Buma, the lovely lady who runs the place, was incredibly helpful—she attended to everything I needed, from arranging taxi service to making sure I could pay easily with a credit card. The room was spacious, clean, and even had laundry facilities, which was a big plus during my travels. I especially loved the rooftop—such a peaceful spot to relax. Highly recommend this place!

Good location next to the metro

This location was not as advertised. While I understand the circumstances of renovation and appreciate the attempts to accommodate, they should’ve given me a refund when they knew they did not have a room that fit my needs. I required a working elevator in a building close to the metro as I was getting surgery, and they showed me four different rooms that were either dirty, without appliances, in a building without direct access to an elevator, and a room in a building 10 minutes away from the metro. They did not offer me a refund and because I had to leave for my appointment and had surgery at 6 am the next day I just took one of the dirty rooms in the building with an elevator and cleaned the entire room myself. When I came back from my surgery the elevator was out of order and they told me it would be out of order for the rest of my stay which was unacceptable. When I was well enough to move to a different hotel due to their ongoing inability to offer me an appropriate room they did not offer me a refund for the nights I did not stay with them. They only gave 2 nights back instead of the 4 nights I am owed. I am still waiting for a refund a month later.

I had booked Quadruple room, they gave me 2 connected rooms. There is no lift till 1 floor. U have to carry your luggage till first floor, which has narrow and somewhat steep stairs. Same is not mentioned in the any of the details of the hotel. No parking. You will have to do roadside parking. I had booked the hotel with payment at hotel. When I raised the complaint with Booking.com for above points, and booking.com enquired with them, they said we didn't even checked in and cancelled the booking from there side.

It was everything new and the beds were very comfortable

Great location, although the staffs don’t speak English we can still communicate using Google translation and our request are delivered almost promptly

When we arrived at 1800 the rooms are not ready. So we have to go out and let them clean and finish prepping the room. From entrance to the room is under constructions. I believe it will be beautifully done and ready in few weeks time

Location is excellent, Staff and Owners are very polite and helpful, we enjoyed all stay, suites are very clean and comfort, all facilities were available, suites matched with our needs

Location of Aymira hotel is great, it’s approximately 150m from Osmanbey metro station. The staff is great, they deserved 100/10.

In our apartment, bathroom was in the master bedroom, which can be inconvient.

The location is just perfect, usually in this part of the city, hotels are located on slopes or somehow in small streets, but this one is close to metro and bus station and with a wide street easy for any type of transportion. We were on the 5th floor with a great window view. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and newly renovated bathrooms. The hotel also provides airport shuttle services based on request which was very good with reasonable price. Very friendly and nice staffs, the technology helped us with the communication and language barrier!

The fact that we booked a royal family apartment but when we arrived that was given to someone else and we were provided with two smaller suites with connection. There were 32 stairs to get to the elevator, however the staff helped with all luggages. The kitchen facilities are limited for large groups.

Highly recommend this hotel, there were all the amenities for long stay, all the staff was amazing they were very helpful for whatever we needed and cleaned the room whenever we requested, quite rooms, location was great, metro station is around the corner, lots of cafes and markets within walking distance

The staff were amazing, kind and super accommodating for our large group of 16. The location is wonderful, close to Osmanbey metro station which connects you to everything. Also very close to Nisantasi and only a 20 min walk to Taksim and beyond. I highly recommend.

I think the kitchen could have been more equipped, but the staff were amazing and every time we needed something they provided.

the stuff is friendly and helpful but they not do thing by them self but you have to ask for help the Hotel veiw to Graves whitch not feelings good there is no telephone at room to contact the reception

We had an excellent stay. The hotel provided a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of six, with each room having its own bathroom. The apartment was well-equipped with essentials like a washing machine, coffee maker. The furniture was modern and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned every 3 days, and trash was collected daily. The staff were always helpful. Great central location, just one metro stop from Taksim Square, with plenty of cafes and shopping nearby. Highly recommend for families or groups
