Some areas, like the evening entertainment and poolside service, felt overcrowded and understaffed during peak hours.

The resort grounds were stunning and well-maintained, with beautifully designed pools and beach access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The food selection was diverse, with several à la carte restaurants offering high-quality meals. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, especially in the main dining area and spa.

Entertainment in the evenings could have been better with inclusion of more Arabian music and dances.

All inclusive option allowed us huge number of choice of food, snacks and drinks any time of stay,. Staff were helpful. Plenty of activities and lots of space for sun loungers. Pools were clean and well maintained. Private beach at back was a bonus.

On some days it was difficult to find a sun bed. People wake up very early in the morning and try to reserve sunbeds by the pool by leaving their towels on the sunbeds; the staff dont really do anything about it. The sound insulation between the hallway and rooms is a bit poor. We were thankfully not affected by the music or noise from outside but instead were woken quite a lot by the room above or the people in the hallway.

I absolutely loved the pools and the location of the Hotel. Although it is quite far from Antalya city centre, it's still got a lot of shops and supermarkets around. Most staff were very friendly. I found that the food variety was very good. The evening entertainment is also very enjoyable. Overall we had a good stay. The staff during the dinner setting are awesome and very attentive.

I was a solo female traveller and got sick on my last day - asked guest services to bring me 2 bananas for my upset stomach, they agreed but never brought them. 😞

Spa facilities were amazing. Abundance of food choices. Nightly shows we’re mediocre. Room was spacious, modern and clean with large balcony. Some shopping in the area but need to take a taxi to the grand bazaar which is 30 min away.

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The employees really try to make your stay unforgettable. It’s clean everywhere. There is a huge selection of food, premium quality drinks. There are always free sun loungers on the beach and near the pools

The only complaint was that the music by the pool during the day was really slow. It would have been nice to have some more upbeat music throughout the day.

The food and drink options were great. You could get all sorts of domestic and international drinks as well as a variety of food. Umut the bartender at the beach bar was great. He was genuine, remembered my family and our travel plans and suggested ideas for our future travels. It was a pleasure to meet him. We stayed in a family suite. It is a great size and great views. The mini bar fridge actually kept drinks really cold, which we did not find in other areas of Turkyie.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and drink options. All very fresh and tasty. Swimming pools are clean and large. Sun loungers on the beach are comfortable and there are plenty of them.

Few staff (beach bar) treat foreign guests better than Turkish guests.

We arrived at the hotel early. Reception staff kindly arranged our early check-in. Rooms and common areas were always clean and very well maintained. Most staff (special thanks to our Housekeeping staff at floor 5) were very friendly and helpful. Food and beverage quality and quantity were great. New addition of Sushi Bar and Barista Bar deserve stars (5*).

1. no smoked salmon for breakfast, not a dealbreaker its just what distinguishes exceptional from superb 2. young staff members unceremoniously entering the elevator before letting us out (havent seen this anywhere else) 3. steep entry into the sea, cant blame the hotel for that 4. slightly clogged sink and shower drains, again that what makes the difference 5. noisy, springy floors in the hallways. they laid carpets over wooden boards. thats just plain cheap.
