The only thing I'd say is that the beach was quite rocky, and you need to be careful when entering the water because these rocks are not visible. But, for us, pier solved this completely.

I absolutely loved this one! We stayed at the penthouse; the room looked a bit bigger in the photos than it was in reality, but the terrace was absolutely worth it. The food was amazing; we enjoyed a variety of different dishes every day. The drinks were great. Service was quick and friendly. The menus were provided in four languages: English, German, Russian, and Turkish. We absolutely loved the pier and used it mostly for swimming, even though there was a nice private beach with sunbeds; there were various activities for kids and adults. There is also a spa, hairdressing salon and some shopping options. Highly recommended!

I wish there was a different system for the sun beds around the pool. Not a fault of the hotel but most guests had this culture of fighting to get the best spots in the morning and reserve them for the day even when they are not there to use them.

The team was wonderful. The food was very tasty and diverse. Loved our experience. The room was kept clean and we got all we needed for our baby like a bath and bath accessories, bottle warmer and a high chair. They made our stay very easy with a small baby. There was a microwave and sterilization machine for us to clean the baby bottles properly. It’s a family oriented resort that ticks all the boxes. Big thanks to the lady at guest relations for sending me a feel better chocolate after I inquired about the ambulance on site. There is a lady at the breakfast station that is a true treasure! Felt like we are taken care of by a family member. My favorite spot at the resort was seaside bar at sunset time.

Great family all inclusive resort. Amazing buffet, good quality, and viariety. Several Ala cart restaurants. Great pools, amazing beach! The staff was friendly! Vale for money! High standards :) The coast line offered several kilometers for walks and run by the beach! Chaiming town nearby, safe and friendly.

The beach is sandy and wide but the seashore around the hotel is really rocky, making it difficult to swim even for an experienced swimmer. This is especially an issue if you are with kids. The swimming pool is large and nice but gets over-crowded at times as it seems that substantial majority of customers choose to be by the pool rather than on the beach.

The staff were professional and helpful, always with a big smile. They took every opportunity to have a conversation and check that we were happy with our stay. The room was sparkling clean and had a modern, fresh look. The food was excellent, always fresh and tasty with both Turkish cuisine and international dishes available daily. Overall, it is clear that the hotel is managed very well. The hotel is on the smaller side, which is great for avoiding the noise and movement of a bee hive that you can get at larger all-inclusive hotels.

Excellent hotel for family vacation! Everything here is just perfect. The rooms are large & super clean, and the housekeeping is professional. An ultra all inclusive that they also keep the service at high level, and the variety of food and beverages are available all the time. The pools and the beach are beautiful and clean. The Gym is well equipped with the latest machines. The sport activities are very nice including aquaspinning, aqua excercise, beach vollyball, and many more! The music dj and night shows programs are amazing. This place is excellent for its price. Petunya A la Carte is a must visit Turkish cuisine at the property. Do your reservation during your stay! All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and prompt! They’ll make you feel home. I would like to send special thanks to: - Furkan, Mustafa, Omer D. & Omer G. At the pool bar. - Emre Kahraman at the Palmiye breakfast resturant and Begonya beach club. - Gazi at the lobby lounge bar. You made my family vacation great! Will definitely visit again!

It seems the penthouse has the modern balcony's with the glass edges, if all balcony's had this (premier suites for example) the views would be gorgeous! As the bars on the balcony did dampen the views slightly (as the views are spectacular btw) Lobby bar and the brassiere are understaffed during the day and can be up to a 10-15min wait as it never has anyone serving full time. Outside area of buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner is also slow service for cutlery and drinks, inside seems to be better staffed. If you want a bottle of water etc I highly recommend going to the pool bar as staff there are great! I also had a bad fall in the hotel main public bathroom during my stay. The floor wasnt wet but was like an ice rink, I suspect over waxed? I did require a hospital visit and I'm still recovering over a month later from this fall. Please be careful in these areas as I was wearing trainers and went flying backwards at excessive force. I did contact the hotel regarding my fall and lack of checking in on me during checkout and they did give me a very detailed response back taking accountability for not checking in which I really appreciate! Although my fall should never have happened and I hope lessons were learned from it so nobody else gets injured too. A suggestion would be, I think the nightclub disco should start after the amphitheatre as the DJ is a lovely guy and nobody was showing up because once the amphitheatre entertainment is done there is a whole hour before nightclub starts so everyone leaves the area! It could be something really great but sadly was empty. The DJ was beggng us to stay (we stayed a full hour and it was only us) and we felt terrible leaving. Perhaps the disco could be announced in other areas so people know? Just a suggestion as his music was great- he deserves the audience!

The hotel is visually stunning. Premier suites are lovely felt truly relaxed in the rooms and the double vanity sinks are a huge bonus! Plus the dressing room. The pier bar is a great feature really unique! Food was nice in particular the fresh pasta station where the lady would make you the pasta you wanted both lunch and dinner. A lot of consistent foods in the buffet which if a fussy eater like me you will appreciate! Housekeeping were fantastic always asked if you'd like them to come back later, really lovely. Shops are great compared to a lot of other hotels, really good quality items. Gym was modern although could do with more than 1 barbell. Location is fantastic, 10min taxi drive to ancient side and just leave the hotel and there's plenty of shops. DJ in night club lovely guy and asked when we arrived where we were from to accommodate our music and said any requests let him know - PLEASE visit the nightclub if you go! He deserves it! We also requested a particular floor prior to arrival and were pleased this request was met! I also requested late checkout for a medical reason and the hotel accommodated this which I was very impressed with.

Only small thing was pillows were not comfy. But found out only on last day there was a pillow menu. This form was missing from our room though so I hadn’t realised the option to swap pillows was available. We were also not informed about the complimentary massage, so hadn’t realised about that. Other hotels I’ve stayed in have had a better selection of sports classes and kids club activities.

Excellent hotel, very clean, food excellent, staff very friendly. Good selection of drinks - bar staff also happy to make whatever drinks you request. Staff were very accommodating in switching our room to a larger suite when we arrived. Multiple pools and places to eat/drink. Overall an excellent all inclusive hotel.

Kids club is unfortunately not ideal, professionals are not very engaging with Kids, working times are far from reasonable and overlaps with the time that Tobogas/slides are closed as well. Bars work well in general, but you need to ask specifically for the branded beverages otherwise they make your drink with a generic and cheaper brand, this is somehow annoying. Very difficult to book time in the a la carte restaurant even if you stay for a week you cab barely book once or twice only. Attractions for adults and kids could be better during the day. Pier Bar does not offer alcoholic drinks what is not ideal and you can not be comfortable there and need to bring drinks from other bars.

The only thing is already started missing our stay. I suggest to install the arum barut app and book the ala carte reservation before arrival.

I would say this is the best stay in my entire travel history. The all inclusive concept was something exceptional. Hotel: a 10/10 resort. The detailing in every single item was exceptional. They will never let you get bored of any single facility. The whole resort was very well maintained. Food: quality stuff, never get bored, everyday the menu changes. Ala carte options were also available and inclusive in the package. Food, drinks available almost anytime, if 1 restaurant closed, another open. The taste of every single item was above expectations which is very rare. Activities: beach, water slides, pools, tuva spa, outdoor games, kids play area, baby care, night shows. All above expectations. I really appreciate the hard work by the management and the staff, it is not easy to give such a high quality and well discipline stuff. We truly enjoyed the essence of their premium hospitality.

Sun loungers are taken from about 7am each morning, maybe more required if so popular to be around the pool

The pool was large allowing ample space for everyone, the food on offer was diverse and of good quality. Special mention to Emirhan in the dining room, always made if feel special, remember our drinks orders and polite and professional. It is people like him the make a stay memorable.

Just some things were bad, half of personal don’t speak English or German or French or Russian, also songs during evening program were around the same, also really strange moment that billiard was extra paid 7.5€ per 30 minutes

We liked so much this hotel and can recommend it, personal in the hotel are very friendly, specially we can notice manager Irina, she meet us at the start of our vacation and help us during all our vacation, from activities we can notice also other Irina who run the aqua aerobics and Asamat who conduct boccia on the beach, but unfortunately not everyone speak English, a lot of personal don’t speak English or German or French or Russian, just Turkish, but google translate helped us not to have problems with that, food and alcohol were super really super, I hear a lot of about Turkish, that they produce fake luxury alcohol and I was happy that it’s not about this hotel here everything was super, 1 main restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner, also during the day you can visit burger restaurant with some classic and special burgers and 3 al la cart restaurants with reservations visiting, on the hotel area there are 4 incredible bars, barmen were really good in cocktails and also were friendly, see was clean and warm but on the start of see there are reefs but hotel has a pier. At the evening and during the day hotel run special activities

The WIFI was a bit glitchy but I was here on holiday so it didn’t matter too much.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. It’s a great choice for families with excellent clean and modern facilities, comfortable and big rooms, and delicious food. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Special thanks to Emre, Bekir, Hatice, Hakan, and Halil for their outstanding service. The teams at both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant/café were fantastic and made us feel very well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back next year!
