United KingdomAqua park was closed and kids were not happy.This has spoilt the trip.Fitness centre was also closed so not much to do other than swimming. Food needs extra attention to include more varieties.

FranceWhen we arrived at the hotel on the first day, the room was tiny, I took a shower and the shower was clogged and dirty water came out of the drain. I asked them to change the room, the shower in the room they gave me was also clogged, but if you turn the water on less, the bathtub does not become a pool. The beds are so old or of poor quality that you can feel the wires. My back hurt for 4 days. room quality is zero. The quality of the main course was very poor, in the end we bought something from outside, thank goodness the cook cooked it.
The location of the hotel is good, the beach is right under your feet, it has a beautiful beach.

BelgiumThe room was not as good as in the pictures. There is no direct daylight in the room. The hotel is expensive for its services. The price quality ratio is very low. I would only recommend the spa center and the aquapark.
The aquapark is icredible. The spa is amazing, very experienced therapist.

Also , there are no English speaking people working at reception, which made check-in / out and generally communication very difficult & unprofessional, given the resort is in a town that is an international yachting port

Everything was perfect we booked double room and before checked in we requested for extra bed on call since we didn't get the confirmation on booking.com for extra bed When arrived they upgraded our room to family room - so nice of them we booked all inclusive so enjoyed every bit of it food drinks everything avb and we enjoyed Lots of variety of food in breakfast /lunch /snacks and dinner. variety of salads and dessert we stayed 2 days and different dishes were avb in lunch and dinner Kids enjoyed nuggets and burgers in snack while swimming in the pool we really liked everything the staff was very helpful and guided us every time
