The only problem is loud music every evening. From one point it is good opportunity to listen live music every evening, but in case you want to go sleep before 00:00 it can be impossible.

There is an open air restaurant next door which is right outside all hotel rooms. Amplified live music until midnight will impact your comfort regardless of which room you stay in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The staff instantly offered an upgrade when asked as the bed configuration was not the same as booked.

A bit noisy, you can heard everybody coming through the corridors but mainly coming from the restaurant downstairs with live music, great atmosphere but noisy.

No elevator We stayed 4 nights and no cleaning or reset was done. Music from the tavern was quite loud.

Location is super central. Within walking distance to Lesvod ferry, shops and restaurants. On the water. Water views. Staff were super friendly and lovely and helpful.

Wi-Fi is very low, it is loud in the room until 12-1am.

They agreed to rebook my reservation 2 days before the arrival. The staff is extraordinary kind. Location is within walking distance to nearly everything.

The general noise around the hotel evening/ night was a lot!

Gorgeous room and hotel! Onllyyyy downside is that there is a restaurant that is not part of the hotel but directly underneath and there is loud live music every night til like midnight - so if you want any early nights, that is not really possible! Beautiful sunset from room, the best we have seen!!!

We were without hot water the first night, cold water only. No help taking up our luggage as there was no elevator. We checked out one night earlier even though I paid for additional night. My friend’s bathroom overflowed and we had no clue where the water arrived… it appeared all over the floor and they gave her a mop and told her to clean it up herself.

Location was amazing; breakfast views on the water was amazing.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the value for money. We paid for a room advertised as having lateral sea view, but it actually overlooked the restaurant tables below (see photo). The noise from the restaurant lasted until 11pm, and we could hear the bars on the street until 1 AM, making earplugs necessary for sleep (on a Thursday night). In the evening, it was impossible to sit at the tables you see on the pictures in front of the hotel as they belong to the restaurant, not the hotel, so enjoying a sunset drink required paying for the fixed menu of the tasting dinner. The bathroom was impractical, and the overhead showerhead was broken (unsurprisingly given its cheap, rusted plasticky material) - see pictures Additionally, the sheets had stains (see picture), and for the price, which was not for a standard room, we expected to have two pillows as shown in some pictures. Overall, really overpriced, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Everything was perfect

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever visited. The workers were so kind so polite. The workers always asked if they could help. The service was perfect. Very lovely people. The location is very close to all the shops. The view is gorgeous. I’m very happy I choosed this hotel I will never forget the beautiful view I had.
