No clear instructions as to how to turn heating on. Balcony door a little awkward to open and close. A smaller dishwasher could have facilitated a small oven. Some people might find beds too firm. Downstairs bathroom rather cramped. A few culinary basics like salt, oil, milk, bread, coffee, tea would have been nice.

The view from the spacious well furnished balcony was spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were light airy and spacious. Living room comfortable and large.

Only small details that would have made the stay perfect: only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided while we stayed 3 nights and the towels were awfully rough and stiff. And for having such a well equipped kitchen with all utensils, there was no basic things like salt, oil, sugar, etc. Also no single cleaning tablet nor soap, sponge to clean the dishes. If you're staying only a few nights it doesn't make sense to buy all these stuff that usually come in big quantity.

The apartment looked definitely better than on the pictures, it's modern, clean, well furnished with amenities, and pretty well located. Keyless doors were also handy (as long as you don't forget the codes!). It's a whole building with different units, so even though some reviews said view was great, unless you're on the upper floor, there is no view! But that's not a dealbreaker. Staff was quick to respond.

The kitchen was limited but well-enough equipped for a short stay. Note, there's no oven and only a two ring hob. That was fine for us There were a few inadequacies. We arrived to find no washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets or washing powder. You can't just buy a few dishwasher tablets etc and when you're on a short trip/arriving by plane, this is frustrating! There was a similar false economy with providing basics. There was no sugar, salt and pepper, or bottles of drinking water - or even enough rolls of toilet paper for 5 people during our stay! These small basic supplies make a difference. I would really recommend providing these small things to make the place really welcoming.

The view was fantastic. That was why I chose the place and it lived up to expectations. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful when the key code didn't work. The apartment is well located near buses and trams and ferries. It's within a short walk of shops, Taksim Square and lots of restaurants.

The lower floor bathroom didn’t have any hook to hang clothes. No place to place clothes in the bathroom. The bidet in the lower bathroom was nonfunctional and one day it wouldn’t turn off. Needs to be repaired.

It was very spacious and had a wonderful view which was the highlight of the property.

the view is fantastic...very very cleaning and equipped...but the second bathroom is very small.no place to put our things. if they add some wood shelves in the corner it solve the problem ....staff very welcoming....we will return of course...

We liked everything, some claustrophobic people may not like the lift, it is very small.

The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic. Apart from sleeping, I would say 90% of the time we spent in the penthouse was spent on the balcony. There is a dining table with chairs & also a seating area with a low table. Plenty of room to enjoy the comings & goings of the Bosporus, bring a pair of binoculars if you're interested in shipping. Also, you have a perfect view of the laser show from Maiden Tower every night. The beds were comfortable & the little kitchenette has a large fridge freezer, 2 hotplates, dishes, cups, cutlery, pots & pans. Location is fantastic, 5 min walk (uphill) to Taksim Square & 12-15 min walk downhill to Kabatas tram station & ferry port. The migros & macro center, 2 min walk, supermarket have everything you need. Ali's restaurant is 3 min walk away, a bit pricey but gorgeous food. Try to get a table on the balcony. The apartment block is clean & well kept. Our contact Kenan was always friendly & helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

The access road is a little uneven and on an incline , though not the fault of Cheya apartments. It would be difficult for people with limited mobility and heavy luggage.

Good location and an easy walk to Taksim Square. We had 3 apartments and the view from the terrace apartment was just lovely. Very friendly and helpful host Kenan and the lady who serviced the rooms.

Cheya location is walking distance to Taksim Square and very accessible. The view from the penthouse overlooking the bosphorus is breathtaking with flying seagulls in the morning, a unique experience. Mr Kenan and Ms Esma hospitality were excellent, always there when we needed help and made us feel at home.

That i had to be outside the apartment most of time therefore i miss enjoying the view.

Hi all I have been in this property for past 8 days and instantly was shocked by location. Very amazing spot where you can find yourself walking on istiqlal and taqseem area in 5 mins. Kinan was very welcoming and great host ready to provide full support once required. Well i go back again yeeees definitely and i would regret missing the view from room and living area to bosphourus view.

The terrace has a perfect view over Bosphorus, it is spacious and you can relax there, after a long day spent visiting Istanbul. The apartment is well equiped, it has dishwashing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, A/C in every room. The personnel is kind and proactive. It is easy to access the tram, metro and funicular from Kabatas station-7 minutes walking distance, 10 min away from Dolmabahce Palace.

A general upgrade is required. Kitchenette did not have a toaster or oven but did have a small microwave. Small things like tea towels, brush & pan, a few pods for the dishwasher and washing machine would be useful as well as spare toilet rolls.

Incredible location overlooking the Bosphoros. A 10 minute walk to Taksim Square restarurants and travelling via the Metro and Funicular.

The queen bed in one of our rooms was broken and very noisy. It was a pitty we didn't have a little sponge and dishwashing liquid and we had to run a washing mashine for everything .

The location was perfect . Very Close to taksim square. The apartment had everything we needed and it was clean.
