The incident where housekeeping entered your room despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign is unacceptable and has already been addressed with the relevant team to ensure it does not happen again. The technical issues you highlighted — including the shower functionality, loose faucet, and ceiling damage due to moisture — have been carefully noted and forwarded to our maintenance department for prompt resolution and inclusion in our renovation schedule.
