Although the room was soundproofed, the bathroom was not, and you could hear everything from the room next door. Also the Grand Turban hotel next door played extremely loud music, very late, which disturbed sleep. This is something unique beach could not rectify however they should be complaining more on behalf of their residents. There were ants in the room. There was only one small bin in the bathroom. The cleaner did not clean or replace dirty cups and coffee/tea. There was no chair in the room (two on the balcony which we used instead)

Closeness to the beach. Good food and free drinks. Large room with comfy beds, lots of mirrors, and good lighting and plenty of sockets. Lots of drawers and wardrobe space with hangers. Friendly staff. Pool was lovely and clean, if a little small.

our neighbours could see into our bathroom, blinds would be a good idea, we had to wear swimsuits to shower or use the jacuzzi bath. Food was at times really cold unless you were there when it was first put out. We had to ask for our room cleaned after 4 days, floor was really dirty and bugs we had killed were lying around on the floor

Room wasn’t that clean. One of our group is coeliac and when she asked a member of restaurant staff what she could safely eat they looked at each option on offer and said nothing. At breakfast it was the same not even eggs on offer. So although we paid all inclusive we were unable to eat in the hotel. Didn’t find the staff friendly at all, only the man on reception on our last day.

Choice of breakfast was limited. The restaurant has set meal times which are all buffet style no a la carte as advertised. We always managed to find something to eat and the pizzas are fab but if you're down late you may miss out. Could do with a snack bar as the advertised snack bar only does drinks and not food. Could also do with some entertainment. As I said it was great value for money but for me the food was disappointing.

This hotel was wonderful, for the money we paid. It was great value. The room and hotel in general was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is located just across the road from the beach and beds were always available.

The hotel was ok for the price we got it.

The hotel was ok for what we paid. Could do with being a little cleaner the pool was dirty and all around the pool didn’t seem to get used due to this. The room was clean on arrival but only got cleaned once in the full week we was there this is including towels. We had limited water in the room, was cold for 4 days like really cold. Food was ok. Not your usual all inclusive where you can go when your hungry it was set meal times. Looked better on the booking pictures. No entertainment

The hotel was in an amazing location and had great amenities! It was close to everything and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach.

I would say they need more variety of food at the restaurant. Also the quality of wine needs to be upgraded. But after all someone with bigger budget can drink or eat at different location..All 👍

We liked very much the staff at the restaurant and also at the reception. They look very worried when they saw 3 charges for our accommodation instead of two. They tried to explain to us only charged half first and at the end the other half.

There really was not much to dislike. The only thing I can was the swimming pool was only big enough for kids. We did not use it once as it was very small. If you prefer a pool side holiday instead of a beach holiday this hotel may disappoint you but if you love the beach like me it’s the right place to be. Also the food at lunch and dinner is more or less the same after our 3rd we started eating some meals outside of the hotel but their local foods (kebab wraps) are very cheap and filling.

I chose this property for the location to the beach and it did not disappoint. The beach is right outside the hotel. They had the best beach beds and loungers then most hotels along the strip. Hakan the restaurant manger was so attentive all the staff worked so hard to keep the place clean and staff happy. Okan checked us in when we arrived very late in the night he went above and beyond to settle us in. He order us some food from a late night restaurant and showed us around the hotel and our room! Beach staff our also attentive cleaning your beach bed every time you get a bit of sand on it. All staff made a effort to speak a little English to us and if they couldn’t understand us they would quickly get someone else to come over and help us out.

There is nothing to complain about, honestly.

Location - in my opinion, it might be the best location across all Marmaris. Far away from disturbing music, calm and beautiful place to enjoy holiday in its fullness. We truly enjoyed it. Accommodation - the rooms are spacious, clean, and well organized. Mattresses are quite comfortable. Food - every single day, you may try something else from the buffet menu. All meals were quite delicious and served in the cleanliness. Staff - all personnel were super attentive and friendly, with no complaints at all.

Nothing it was disappointing dirty and horrible I would never stay their again even if it was for free

The room was nothing like the photo double and a single so no room hardly to walk around when I asked staff this is not the room I choose that didn’t give a 2nd thought and ignored me the floor was so dirty I kept my thongs on in my room due to the dirty floors no entertainment only 1 time till 10 pm light out at 10 pm absolutely disgusting could not wait to get out

The spa was amazing! My favourite part, book your Turkish hammam and massgae package, you wont regret it. Also food was always gret with at least 2 diffent animal protein sources chicken, boef, lamb, fish and plenty of fruits. So, if you eat healthily like me, this is a buffet you could rely on!

Snack time smacks is too limited needs to improve

Beach is excellent. Foods are tasty and enough choices for me actually. Breakfast may be improved.. rooms are modern and renovated which is not shown in photos of room in booking. Cost value is great for us. Reccomended Amazing view from restaurant. Amazing staff. We will come again.
