Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We stayed in a junior suite facing Anka mall, which was very spacious and had a jacuzzi , a very nice touch . A special thanks to Miss Kubra , who helped us during our stay and made sure that the water temperature under the shower was fixed while taking a shower , it took maintenance 15 days to fix it . Thanks to Kadir and all the staff for making our stay memorable.

The location is perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk to the underground, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was not only diverse but also delicious, with so many options to choose from. Room service was impressively quick and professional, meeting every need effortlessly. Overall, this hotel offers truly exceptional value for the money.

Saudi ArabiaThe matrice is very hard, and I could feel the coils on my back every time I move and the pillows are not comfy. I had to buy one for myself .
The staff , especially the duty manager, Mr.UTKU TOZLUYURT, and the best receptionist, Miss Zahide. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from with the nicest staff .. My suite has an Ankamall view on the 12th floor . Special thanks to the bell boy Mr Kadir and Mr Mustafa. We loved our stay and extended it by a week and may be two .
