There are stray cats wandering in the indoor restaurant. It would be better if the area was kept more hygienic and clean.

The room was okay. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a range of facilities such as a gym, spa, and all the sports facilities. It also has its own aqua park and a private beach. Overall, the property has most of what you’d need for a beach holiday, and it was okay.

unpleasant experience on check in (I was charged 100eur more than reservation stated) and bad attitude of staff at front desk. Various chaotic situations throughout our stay, e.g. call at 10pm claiming that my car was parked at wrong location (they probably confused phone numbers). Hotel is totally worn out - only pretend 5 star hotel

The pool was dirty the shows where horrible they kept on repeating the same thing and they where shouting.The hotel room was bad but kinda dirty there was soap splattered all over the shower.

Rooms, lobbies, kridors, cabins lift were not clean. At the first enter the pillws covers and mattress cover(bed sheets) were not clean. The telephone line of our room was cut off from the first enter until check out, although I mentioned them two times about it but the problem did not solve. There are alot of insects(fly) in the restaurant and they were sitting on all foods. There was no cover or lid such as plastic foil on the foods that protected from dirtiness. The majority of meal such as soups, rices, kebaps, grilled chicken and ... were cold and not pleasent to eat. Always, some traditional musics were playing with very high volume of sound during breakfasts, lunchs and dinners so that no one can eat in a cozy and calm area. Actually, this situation and also very bad quality of air conditioning in the restaurant caused to no eating and leaving that unpleasent place soon.

The personnel in reception area were wonderfull and treated with full recpect. They gave me a favour and let me check in before 11 A.M; that was very meaningful to me. I appreaciat it.The location and the accessibility to the fasilities were fine. Foods, driniking products and fruits were enough and acceptable in quantity. The aquapark was great and nice to play for all. The coast of the hotel was acceptable. The personnels in all area were wonderful and patience.

- average food, same thing everyday and no sign board to explain what's what! - Alcoholic Drinks are bad ( we bought drinks from outside) - Beach is nice but too many stones (take your beach shoes) and it's a bit far from the hotel - Air con is not powerful enough - Night shows are ridiculous ( it's one person hosting a game, barely a show) - Some things you have to pay for e.g the mermaid show, pop corn, ice creams. - Location has good views but it's far from Antalya city and Kemer ( we hired car to go around)

No wifi not working in all places in the resort, bad Oder of humidity in my room and A/C was not working for 2 days and no body fix it then I move to another room in the 3rd day

I didn’t like the whole hotel. It says it’s a five star hotel but this is bullshit. It’s too far from five star hotel. This hotel should be no more than three star hotel. The rooms aren’t clean enough. The air conditioning is very poor wherever you go in the hotel. The food is only about okay and you have to be early and fast to get from everything, otherwise they would not refill everything. The ice cream is not included but you need to pay for it. You get only one room key. Extra room key costs 10$ which very weird. Why do I need to pay more for extra key? The mattress is far from comfort. It’s very hard.

The only thing I liked is the aqua park.

- Scam, this is not a five stars hotel - Building 4000 with Swim Up is infested with ROACHES that would appear at night. - The staff at the hotel reception is disrespectful, snarky and rude. - No Air-con in the restaurant - The hotel and rooms smell really bad. - The rooms, the closets, the bathrooms, the halls, and the reception is not clean. - The towels, bed sheets, and blankets all have stains and wont be changed daily- nor do you get toilet-paper. - Room keys (cards) dont work. - We traveled as a family, 3 rooms, and we each had to change rooms several times. This was a common thing on the Hotel. The hotels way of solving an room issue is give it to the next Guest, hoping they wont notice the same issue. - The hotel claims to provide Taxi to and from airport during check-in and out in advance for 43$ via Booking, but this is not the case.

They didn't state food types in restaurant so had to choose "blindfolded" what you eat as not always was so obvious. Inviting guest/friend from other hotel they can not spend more than 30min in the lobby.l.Vica-versa with other hotels.If you don't want to be disturbed then hang the sign otherwise questions made even if you are in the bathroom.

Very warm welcome with a fruit plate and bottle of wine,petals on bed. Late night bar,food,snack for whom arrive night time to the hotel.10min away from Kemer on bus. Bus for $1 to Kemer against local taxi for $40 ish .massage therapy guy is very professional. Highly recommend him.(Named Muslim) Vide range of selection of food compared to even more expensive close by hotels.

I think the administration is professional, they are doing a great job and there is nothing I didn’t like about it.

Everything was good in this hotel regarding food, staff, beach, cleanliness, the Aqua park and night activities in the hotel. Kids have a great share regarding facilities and activities. The staff was very tolerant and the hotel didn’t charge us for a broken TV on check out, when we said we didn’t broke it.

It was very dirty in the common areas, the food was always lukewarm and there were rarely any signs explaining what the dish was which meant I only ate french fries because I am a vegetarian. My sister got injured when a glas shower door exploded and was not given any compensation at all, and it was only pure luck that my toddler nephew was by the pool with the rest of the family when it happened because the glas was all over the bathroom and bedroom. The staff was then pushy and forced my partner to write a positive review on Google while hovering over his sholder. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
