In the room tv should be updated one to watch as per our language along free Netflix and YouTube etc. Current one is only native language no other languages channel were available.

First of all the its important to note that the sea view is not the bes. You can see it but its miles away but you can see the princess island again miles away. The staff are very friendly and helpful but communication is an issue as normally there is only one person on a shift whoc an speak English. Ordering from the room service is very challenging due to the language barrier but syaing that the staff are very good once you get your message accross. The rooms we ere given were not what we belive we paid for and after complaniing they changed one fot he rooms to a better room but that wa safter one night stay. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is really nice. The hotel is very far from centre or main atratcions and the traffice normally going into town is bad so it generally takes about 40-50mins to go into the centre from the hotel and the taxis ar enot Cheap unless you get an Uber.

The restaurant is expensive, but great for the panoramic views. In general the hotel is only good for business and conference users, it is built in the midst of a vast area for automotive repair, sales and parts, you really need to be prepared to get taxis or walk for 20 minutes to get a choice of restaurants or shops.

I asked for Gordons gin but from the taste Im sure it was Gilbays . I did not drink it ofcourse and taste it next day again with a fresh mouth just to be sure , again no change Im sure it was not Gordons...

House keeping Mrs. Serpil was so friendly and ready to help with any issue . thanks alot. Room service was really fast within 3 minutes they bring it to ylur room.

Nothing to complain...

Room was not brand brand new in terms of design, but clean and cozzy. Breakfast was good in my oppinion, good choice of fresh food (just missed bakhlava in the morning :) ). As to location, may be not the best if you want to visit historical places, but since I came there for work and office of our partners was just near, it was very convinient for me to stay in the hotel. If I come next time to meet our business Partners, for sure will book this hotel again. Also, I really want to thank Hotel Team, all of them were very hospitale and helpflull!

I had problems with room service, when I ordered lunch from restaurant, you see the price in the menu, but it can change, when you pay(, once I applied to reception, they apologized, but the next day the same, I want to think, that it’s only inattentiveness because of much work, I hope so

- The only bad experience is spa& fitness part. The staff working this area has lack of experience and hospitality. We witnessed such a thing that they are not providing clean towel and asked you to bring it from your room🤯 - The carpets on the floor was smelly and lot of burn marks. They are not hygienic anymore and should be removed from the rooms.

The facilities and the staff is good. We also tried breakfast for one day, it was tasty.

I didn’t know the pool was closed or I would have booked elsewhere. I took my two daughters there for a night away and they were so disappointed to not get to swim. Also our bathtub had a big leak and the maintenance fixed it but didn’t come back to clean it or collect the wet towels. So, we couldn’t use it again. And for me, the bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work well.

It was a beautiful hotel, very spacious room, amazing view, great breakfast…

Wonderful breakfast with a very good variety, hats off to the chef. Staffs were very professional.

Location. I would advise the house keeping team to take care of cleaning floors (inside rooms seriously).
