Lovely amenities and lots of different varieties of food.

Small issue, I asked for a 3am wake up call and did not receive it.

bathroom is not good when you tacking bath the water coming in the room and very head to clane this

Everything was excellent. Room, staff, facilities, entertainment and wonderful food in buffet and a la carte restaurants. Bars were ok with different options. Some lovely special touches for my birthday also.

Some of the bars ,the drinks were very basic. Expect a little classier cocktails and presentation of the drinks. Some bars had no atmosphere.

I loved everything about the hotel, beach, food, room, shows, staff…it was great Halik was such a caring man at the restaurant, he was very nice always smiling and greeting and makes sure everything is good with us.

Watch out from taxi drivers ordered by the hotel, the taxi driver made us stop at a tourism office on our way and made a man come talk to us to demand a certain fee which was double what it really costs, claiming that it’s a hotel taxi, lie and rip off.. very unprofessional

Amazing crew members. They where always asking if we needed anything and they had always sweet smiling faces. It was an amazing experience and fully worth every penny spend on this hotel. I said to my self i will try every hotel in Lara, but this may challenge me to return back to them next summer.

A bit too hard beds and not so good WIFI in the room we had.

Going from room to beach: had to go thru indoor pool area (inconvenient)

A little bit old Small room

I have booked sea view room, but not get.

I was requested. Taxi from airport. Sea view room. Both of them were not get.

Location was fab. 20 mins from airport and land of legends. There was so much to do for the children they loved it especially the childrens paradise. There was also a wide variety of food which was lovely. Staff were super friendly and accomodating.

Staff didn’t speak much english so was alittle difficult but there was always another staff member to assist who knew english.

Everything! Beach was clean , pools are clean ,pool water was of good temperature, food was of all varieties, rooms comfortable and quiet, staff were exceptional, from front desk, to the guys serving at the pool ,to the kitchen, room cleaning…etc

Suggest to consider more spaces, yards and swimming pools for kids

Fantastic service

When your at the reception it's annoying to see that the who is doing the check in is not totally with you, leaving in the middle to adress others. I think that there is a hidden agreement with the taxi station near by. Fixed price of 30 euros to Antalya , tried with Uber price 18 euros both The hotel and Uber use tha same yellow taxi . The taxi driver asked me to cancel because the hotel does not allow them to come to the hotel . When asked the hotel to order a taxi , there were laughing s with the taxi company and suddenly they were allowed to come to pick us . So cheap gesture from a well known hotel , to cooperate with such Nasty taxi company . Customers can try to verify , but I expect from such a high class hotel to check themselves and their relationship with that taxi company.
