The rooms are a bit dated, especially the showercabins are in need of replacement. There is also no ventilationsystem in the bathroom. And good to know there is only a rainshower in the bathroom no showerhead. A lounge inside the hotel when the weather is bad would be nice.

Nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the hot air ballons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They can arrange a lot of activities for Cappadocia. Breakfast is divers with a lot of tasty options. Service at breakfast was excellent. We had a kingroom which was beautiful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Divan Cave House in Göreme, and it was an unforgettable experience. A special shoutout to Abdullah, Kamal, and Sinha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Abdullah's extensive knowledge of the area and his recommendations for local tours and attractions were invaluable. Kamal's friendly demeanor and prompt service ensured that all our needs were met with a smile. Sinha's attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was impeccable, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect! Great view of the balloons while still being a close walk to the town centre. I also like the fact that the staff make really good suggestions for activities and restaurants during check in. Definitely recommend this hotel.

THe stay was perfect .Perfect location , Kind and Helpful staff.Mustafa and Allis were very helpful in planning all our activities and even very prompt on mail before reached Cappadocia with all the transfers.The breakfast was one of the best with the view keeping in mind that we are vegetarians.The best part was that we can see Hot Air balloons floating all around from the outside street and all their terraces.Very picturesque .Had a fabulous stay.

The one complaint is that right outside our room was the cleaning staffs storeroom.. so sometimes you walk out to find laundry bags and cleaning products and mops! Suggest the cleaning storage be moved elsewhere!

The staff who checked us in … I think it was Elsa/Esma (sorry can’t remember!) she was lovely and gave us fabulous tips on where to eat and also recommended the ATV tour which was awesome! The breakfast and the staff serving was amazing!!! Delicious Turkish breakfast with a fantastic spread of items with a breathtaking view! We had the ground floor junior Suite which was clean and comfortable and had an authentic cave feel!

Front desk staff could have been friendlier. There have been times where I felt they were being rude towards us, but still ended up being helpful.

Spacious rooms, clean. The location is very central but be mindful about the steep incline needed to climb before reaching the property. Breakfast was good as well.

I think there was nothing to complain about, but initial conversations about the bookings (paying cash for ATV, Hotel transfers etc.) would have been great! But this was solved by Kenan for us. For future visitors, please make sure you ask about this.

The property is gorgeous! Absolutely brilliant breakfast, so so good. Perfect for some early morning balloon watching. Our room so stunning, a JACUZZI inside! in terms of facilities its great! Quick tip: if you ever stay and have to make some special requests, look for KENAN in the reception. If nobody else does, he definitely makes it his responsibility that you enjoy your stay. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Needless to say he is much more accommodating! 5 stars to him! Another quick tip: PLEASE CARRY AS MUCH CASH AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU VISIT CAPPADOCIA!

Shower tricky to adjust.

This hotel was recommended to us. We were glad that it sits high on a hill away from the tourist trap centre of Göreme. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are a lot of steps when moving around the hotel to access breakfast, reception or outdoor seating, so we were pleased our room was next to the entrance in a pleasant courtyard. The room was comfortable with the usual coffee/tea/water provision and toiletries.

The room we stayed was exactly opposite to the entrance gate and had lot of disturbance due to the vehicle nose from the road and in addition there is a storage room of housekeeping next to your door in your patio, so the house keeping people come to storage and make lot of noise very often..

Wear comfortable shoes as it slightly uphill to get to the hotel, maybe roughly around 10 mins to walk from the town centre.

Location was amazing, you could see hot air balloon from the terrace. If you like the aesthetic instagram shot this hotel is the one. Staffs were friendly aswell. Kenan was the receptionist on our arrival he was informative and approachable.

Everything was exceptional.

The rooftop is amazing, with a great view and an amazing spot for watching the balloons. The room was very big, clean and the facilities were amazing. All the staff were kind and helpful, and our special thanks to Kenan for all his help. The breakfast was more than excellent. In our opinion is the best hotel in Goreme after our extensive research and spending couple of days there.

Watching the balloons from the top terrace was truly amazing, this was then followed by a lovely breakfast with a variety to choose from. It was a pleasant walk to the town getting your heart rate up on the return journey which was needed after sampling the many delicious restaurants. The cave bedroom was very comfortable and we were able to book any activity through the hotel. Highly recommend.

roada outside hotel is under construction, they are blocked so not possible to park near hotel. the alley ways are hard to navigate if you choose to self drive. we booked 2 rooms separately, not possible to stay in same room, had to move, also not possible to negotiate late checkout, must be gone by 11am.

Absolutely great location on top of the Göreme hill with nice view to the valley. Viewing terrace with a bar is great place for balloon-spotting. Hotel staff is very nice and very helpful, ready to fulfil any of your wish. Breakfasts are very rich and high quality. There is no restaurant but downtown is 10 min walking distance with good selection.
