The big problem was communicating with the hotel staff because they don't speak English. The hotel employees also seem like they don't care about what they're doing, which affects the service. The food is very poor and there's not much choice. The kettle in the bathroom barely worked. The hotel location and pool are excellent.

Nothing…the owner needs to make serious renovations in the entire facility.

Some furnitures in the room were broken, the toilet utilities were covered by rust, the speakers were very loud up to late in the night. The staff hardly speaks english. The food was not of good quality.
