Bed wasn't as comfortable as it could be. Bathroom could do with a tidy up and the curtains darker.

Closeness to everything, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, and the lady in the kitchen was super efficient at cleaning any messes quickly.

The room 108 didn’t have WiFi although my mom and dad told them multiple times to fix. They were coming from foreign country and even the tv didn’t work. I was not able to contact my mom and dad for whole night and was worried. When I was booking this hotel I paid attention there is WiFi, as it was important for me. But I am very disappointed !

The living space arrangement wasn't good: location of power sockets, location of wardrobe and bed - the door didn't open completely, toilet and shower location. The shower cabin was leaking. The WiFi was unstable (signal loss, connection loss).

Good location (5-15 min walking to Troy minibus stop, C9 otogar bus stop, Ferry boat), staff, excellent breakfast, housekeeping (at request).

In an excellent spot to hang out in Canakkale. And the place was comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Very good value to enjoy the town. Would stay there again.

The issue I had was a I am touring on a motorcycle and no free parking available near the hotel and you had to pay for private parking, so not good for motorcyclists but if you don't have a car or willing to pay extra costs for parking staying here it is not a problem

The place itself is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. Our sink was splashing outside that wet the floor. But we were there only for 1 night so we did not mind too much.

The location was excellent, walking distance to pretty much everywhere!

It was quite a small room, so wouldn't recommend more than a night.

Great location and the room was ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included and included a good selection of hot and cold food. The beds were comfy but the room was pretty simple. Location was close to everything. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The room could do with a kettle and fridge - there was enough room. Also no hangers in the wardrobe. Shower head in awkward position in bathroom which was tiny. Not enough sockets next to beds.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the pier, ferry port, restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet and large. Staff at reception were very friendly.

The location is great, you can move easily around Canakkale's downtown.

The bathroom was the size of a fridge carton box and not a very big fridge at that. Some improvements about cleanliness can be achieved and some of the rooms can be noisy - there is a construction site at one end and the kitchen clutter is audible at the other.

The best thing about this place is the location - literally 3 walking minutes to the walking street with the sea, the cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was an adequate choice for breakfast.

Some issues with the cleaning and facilities. Some of them were broken at the bathroom for example, about the cleaning there was a room with the sheets, they had some yellow spots .. on the floor not so clean, my feet were black after walking around without slippers.

Great place, not so crowdy, great staff and very kind.
