You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Elies Tiny glamping exceeded all our expectations as first time glampers ( and a family with two small kids). Its tranquil location surrounded by olive trees, the mesmerising view from our Tiny house rooftop offered us the best possible base from which we could explore Ayvalik. Last but not least; Esma hanim and Bulent bey’s hospitality is characterised by their genuine warmth and willingness to always go the extra mile to make their guest feel fully at home. In short; we highly recommend Elies tiny glamping and hope to visit again in the future.

BulgariaThis is definitely the perfect place to stay in Ayvalik for people who love nature! The garden with the olive trees provide enough space for everyone and with the beautiful view from the terrace above the restaurant we didn`t need to go anywhere else. We had a great time at Elies Glamping and we will definitely come back again!
Elies Glamping is in a perfect location with beautiful view, amazing sunsets and spectacular landscape! We stayed in a tent and everything was even better than seemed online. Clean, calm and really comfortable. The whole glamping has all of the necessities to spend a great time in the nature! The hosts were so kind and nice people, easy to talk to and very friendly, they made our weekend unforgetable! They were very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions and also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was really very kind of them. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

United Kingdom**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** Our stay was disappointing. The owners were very transactional and seemed more focused on money than on providing a welcoming and warm experience. The value for money was poor; the accommodation was very expensive for what was offered. The pots and pans were cheap and limited, and there were no kitchen towels, salt, or pepper—there was no thoughtful gesture for the high cost. There was no Wi-Fi option, and only after insisting was I allowed to connect my laptop for a few hours to check emails and work. We requested an extra mug but received no help, and we were asked to leave before the checkout time, which felt abrupt. The only positive aspect was the location and surrounding area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, and we most likely will not return. There are much better deals available elsewhere.
