United StatesRestaurant could see some improvements in terms of service. Lady working there (whose name escapes me now) is going above and beyond to make things working and aims to provide timely service. But without her on site, the service was spotty.
The property is absolutely incredible! Our room was stunning. When booking, we requesting the room 904 and we could not have been happier. It was a dream. In addition, property has a beautiful pool, view to the castle (especially at night). Stuff was nice and accommodating.

GermanyThe reception staff is arrogant. It is difficult to understand the staff at the restaurant in English, although they are kind. We asked for coffee without milk, they brought it with milk. I ordered the Turkish stuffing. One day they brought, the next day the same person looks amazed and calmly says that they don't have such a thing. They forgot to bring the products, we had to ask them. There was never hot water in my parents' room, the faucet was also broken, but it didn't seem to be a problem when I reported it and nobody did anything. Boutique Hotel&Spa but without hot water in the room... The water in the pool is as cold as ice if the air temperature drops a little.
The place is incredibly beautiful, the architecture, the positioning, the view. With a different attitude of the staff plus some English courses, it could be a perfect place!

NetherlandsThe internet in the room wasn't great always getting down, although close to the reception, worked really well. The bed mattress was too soft, it had a "hole" in the middle. Both situations were reported to the staff, and they immediately mentioned they would look into it.
The hotel is beautiful ad corresponded to the expectations. We had dinner at the restaurant, we picked Burack's suggestion and the food was very tasty.

Everything about ELIKA Cave suites exceeded our expectations. The rooms, the food, the staff were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area!

The hotel is amazing and very well designed. Our room was a real cave with a private jacuzzi and an amazing large bad! There was even an Italian machine for the coffee. The swimming pool is perfect and really clean. The breakfast is really lo luxurious and the staff is polite and available. There are also outside the hotel some really cute cats!
