The location is perfect. Right on the old city 5 min walking distance from Agia Sofia. The breakfast was excellent and always fresh but everyday the same. The room very clean and spacious. People from the reception always there to help you. I recommend it to everybody. The best choice we made

It’s will be perfect if they do some decorating on the balcony and probably that room will be their best room !

Our second visit and was top again! Been on room 501 and you have whole balcony for yourself and nice view on evening!

The room was much bigger than expected, and the bathroom was also large. The aircon was effective and quiet and could therefore be left on over night. Location was excellent just a few mins walk from the main tourism attractions. Breakfast was very good

The elevator: you barely feel it moving, need some advisement, maybe 🤔

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The cleanliness, the organization, the friendly attitude of the staff, and the quality of service all made it a perfect experience. I cannot think of a single negative point, as everything was truly above my expectations.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was very clean and well-organized. Although I had booked a different room, they kindly upgraded me to a much nicer one, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff were always polite and professional. I especially want to thank Mr. Murat and Mr. Ilhan for their great hospitality. There were also two young gentlemen working in the restaurant whose names I don’t know, but they were extremely polite and attentive. I also used the hotel’s transfer service, which was very convenient and reliable – the car was ready exactly on time and took me comfortably to the airport.

The installatipns are a bit old. I thought it was bit more modern but it eould require a renovation. Although it was very very clean and location unbeatable as well as price

it's not really a hotel fault but windows are looking at the busy street with trains operating from 6 am till late. All other noise is coming through the windows as well. The building against the hotel is ugly as well (construction).

The location is absolutely amazing, incredibly convenient to everything. The tramway is right at the hotel's doorstep, and the Grand Bazaar is within easy walking distance. All of Istanbul's major sightseeing attractions are very close by.

Limited food options in breakfast but it was good though. Smaller rooms but given the location of the property, one can neglect the room sizes.

The Location and the staff. Very friendly staff. They inform you about the city on arrival, they give you Istanbulkart and even arrange transfers at good rates.

I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel last minute for an extended layover on my way home from a longer trip. Public transportation from the airport was easy to navigate. I booked the most bugdet-friendly option, and the staff ugpraded my room to one with a nicer view upon arrival at no expense.
