The bathroom could be upgraded easily. There was a big hole in one wall - I guess they could simply put a ventilation net over it. Also, the bathtub could be fixed a little bit. Nothing special, and it can be fixed for really low price without big expenses.

Its location is perfect since it's really close to the Sultanahmet tram station. Breakfast was really good and delicious, with wide varieties of food. Breakfast is served at the hotel's roof restaurant, excellent for relaxing morning. The street lives until late at night, so you feel safe anytime (though we feel the same way anywhere in Istanbul). We stayed in a family room. It's just big enough. Some of us found their mattrasses comfortable, and some of us had a back issue due to mattrass. I guess it depends on what you prefer. For guests who don't speak Turkish, there are hosts who speak English so there's no language barrier.

Could do with some form of extraction in the bathroom. Also, breakfast was the same every day which became a bit boring!

Spacious, clean, cool apartment with a lovely high pressure shower and brill a/c. We had room 230 which was private and had ample space for parents, 2 teens and a 7 year old. Bottled water was given daily which was a lovely gesture.

The hotel needs some maintenance works. The bathroom door was very damaged on the bottom, the AC is pretty old, but everything worked and when it didnt they came to fix it. Extremely responsive!

It was a very pleasant stay. Everyone tried hard to understand us well and answer all our questions / requests. We had an issue initially with the taxi we have ordered through the hotel to pick us up… But after a misunderstanding they made an extra effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. All in all amazing! Plus the views from the rooftop breakfast area is quite incredible

Very nice family hotel, located in the heart of the Sultanahmet district. The hotel provides great value for money and has a certain 20th century Istanbul charm. The kids loved it. The location is excellent, and a wide variety for breakfast is offered (including both traditional and modern food). Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace providing an overwhelming view. There is also a nice coffee shop located just by the lobby.

Excellent location, one minute from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. 'Character' property. Very clean. Lovely breakfast on roof top with lovely view.

The room, bathroom and it's cleanliness are of acceptable standards considering everything else that's a big positive in this hotel. You do get your linen and towels changed everyday.

The location is excellent with a roof top view of the bhospherus and very close to city attraction at sultanahmet. The morning breakfast spread is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and you even get taxi's going through that road even early mornings, Well connected. It even has a small elevator for those who don't like climbing narrow steps on four floors.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating (there was a leak that meant water ended up all over the floor, new grouting needed...). There was an occasional smell of cigarette smoke - perhaps from the front desk people smoking downstairs? (my room was on the first floor).

Lovely 4-night stay at this little hotel. Excellent breakfast and fabulous view from the roof-top terrace (definitely the best part). The room was quite comfortable, good beds and pillows and good air conditioning. The hosts were very helpful when we needed to speak with a car rental agency and in getting transport to and from the airport. Great water pressure in the bathroom and good wifi. Really appreciated having a little fridge in the room.
