The AC in the living room was a bit of a pain as we used it as a bedroom too, but it is our fault to not let the host know earlier. Nothing in the toilet to hang your clothes.

The hosts were really nice and very helpful particularly Hasan, he was very helpful and readily available. Location was great, just a short walk from major attractions, although a bit of a hill to climb on not so pram friendly streets.

Perhaps they could add some hooks/rails for hanging in bathroom & bedroom & add small bedside tables. Kitchen is not well-stocked if you're planning to cook meals. More basic utensils are needed & it would be really helpful if basic condiments were provided like salt & pepper & cooking oil (they did provide salt).

The location was very convenient for walking to most major sightseeing activities plus there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt safe, even at night. There was a washing machine in the apartment which was a bonus when travelling. The manager was always available by WhatsApp to answer questions or if there was a problem.

Stairs to third floor , noisy Frig ,door not closing properly

Good location, quiet for Istanbul , Nice Host , great we could leave our bags as had a late flight . Room we had booked had some issue with guest not leaving , so had to have not yet renovated one. Apartment a bit tired and on third floor( Host carried our bags up which was great ) but very comfortable . New Furniture was nice . Good shower , hot water .Given a 12 percent discount . Near lots of restaurants and small supermarkets . Good view from top of building . Very good value for money .

Very little to cause any problem. The apartment is a good size for two people, but would probably seem small for a larger group. The lighting is rather dim at night and would be improved by having a desk or reading light in the living room. Two of the plug sockets need repair. Kitchen was adequate, but a little basic (hob, kettle and microwave) and there could have been more kitchen implements, glassware, plates and cutlery etc.

An excellent location (bearing in mind steep hills), about ten minutes' walk from all the main sites, in a quiet and non-tourist, unpretentious neighbourhood. Close to normal supermarkets and shops. Comfortable and clean: bins emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Good heating and hot water in cold weather, good bathroom, washing machine and adequate kitchen facilities. Perfect size and good value for two people for a longish stay.

The hotel arranged a transfer for me, which was over an hour late, although the hotel owner apologised a lot and got some money taken off the total for the transfers for me. There was some miscommunication about cash / card payments which resulted in me frantically running to an ATM five minutes before my return transfer picked me up, but otherwise very good!

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was very peaceful and quiet at night and I slept really well. I really liked the roof terrace and it was close to restaurants, shops, tram stations and most major attractions were in walking distance. The staff were friendly and polite.

When we went there the electricity was the major problem . As we would leave in the morning and come back in the evening it was not big deal but one day that we stayed back the electricity was not available for 6 hours and this resulted in apartment getting hot and no Wifi .

The place is within walking distance of all the major attractions in Istanbul it has basic cooking facilities with fridge and AC . Tv is there but all Turkish channels . I think it's good if your plan is not more than 3 days .

Kitchen amenities were sparse. More than one plate, some welcome water, some laundry soap and cooking oil.

Perfect location. Great host. Communication was excellent. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Heat worked well. Good shower. Quiet nights and mosque noise wasn’t invasive.

The lighting is very poor. The photos are not like what we experienced. There are only overhead lights and it’s generally a dark apartment (I was in apartment 2). It needs a lamp in the living room and bedroom especially during darker months. Kitchen had no paper towels or cloths. Easy enough to purchase at the market near the park down the hill. Also, toilet paper was brought daily but not enough for two people (again, an easy fix to purchase at the market). For the money, it can’t be beat. It’s just needs some TLC.

The property was functional and suited our needs. It has a fridge so one can keep food and not have to go out. It’s soundproof from road noise but noisy guests can be heard though the walls. Rooftop terrace offers stunning views. The manager helped me find emergency dental when I broke a crown enjoying one too many Turkish Delights and baklava. Lots of cats in the neighborhood 😀

I don't speak Turkish and they don't speak English well. 2) they rarely change the towels 3)On the last day they did not give us enough time to put our things in our luggage and without notifying us beforehand 4)The location of the hotel is good but we have to cross a large climb (slope) daily to access the tram.

Nice two bedroom apartment in the centre of Istanbul. The owner has few apartments in the building, so you never know which one you will take but must say it's a good value for money.

Our room was not ready during our check in. We're were given another room for the night. Air Conditioning was not working. We were told to open windows. Our actual room, when we moved next day was good in terms of it was good space, it was clean. It had little things like shower gel, soaps which was not available in the previous room. Faith area very hilly. So wherever you go, expect to walk uphill.
