Centrally located, air conditioned, well equipped, good hot running water with, nice water pressure: a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, all walking distance . I went with my young family, found a park within 3 minutes walking, very useful for families with young children.

It didn’t have an iron, but I lived and managed. It wasn’t the end of the world. It’s a nice to have. Steep walk up hill to get to the tram, but good early morning exercise!!

It was a nice apartment even if one bedroom and the toilette were in the dare.

The hosts were really nice and very helpful particularly Hasan, he was very helpful and readily available. Location was great, just a short walk from major attractions, although a bit of a hill to climb on not so pram friendly streets.

The AC in the living room was a bit of a pain as we used it as a bedroom too, but it is our fault to not let the host know earlier. Nothing in the toilet to hang your clothes.

The location was very convenient for walking to most major sightseeing activities plus there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt safe, even at night. There was a washing machine in the apartment which was a bonus when travelling. The manager was always available by WhatsApp to answer questions or if there was a problem.

Perhaps they could add some hooks/rails for hanging in bathroom & bedroom & add small bedside tables. Kitchen is not well-stocked if you're planning to cook meals. More basic utensils are needed & it would be really helpful if basic condiments were provided like salt & pepper & cooking oil (they did provide salt).

Great location, good host. Pictures matching with booking, you get exactly what you book and owner has real description about location and apartment. Location is great for visiting tourist attractions but still in a residential area.

Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Close to shops, restaurants. 10 mins from the Bazar and tram .

Our host was very helpful with check in. We had a delayed flight so we came very late but we had no issues with check in. The apartment is clean and they will clean it every day if you want. The location is excellent! Everything is very close and the whole neighborhood is cute.

The furniture is a bit old but it is clean and usable.

Good location, quiet for Istanbul , Nice Host , great we could leave our bags as had a late flight . Room we had booked had some issue with guest not leaving , so had to have not yet renovated one. Apartment a bit tired and on third floor( Host carried our bags up which was great ) but very comfortable . New Furniture was nice . Good shower , hot water .Given a 12 percent discount . Near lots of restaurants and small supermarkets . Good view from top of building . Very good value for money .

Stairs to third floor , noisy Frig ,door not closing properly

‏We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped in every way and we didn't lack anything. They came to clean every day and changed the sheets and towels. The hotel is very close to the most popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and Eminonu. You don't need to ride anything to get to these places, you can walk for 10 minutes. But the hotel is located on a slope so it was a bit difficult to walk towards the main streets.

The only negative thing was the way the airport taxi driver was. First of all, he only speaks Turkish so it was very difficult to communicate with him. He was very rude unfortunately and when we arrived at the airport he started swearing in Turkish because I didn't say thank you (my sister understands a little Turkish so I understood what he said).

An excellent location (bearing in mind steep hills), about ten minutes' walk from all the main sites, in a quiet and non-tourist, unpretentious neighbourhood. Close to normal supermarkets and shops. Comfortable and clean: bins emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Good heating and hot water in cold weather, good bathroom, washing machine and adequate kitchen facilities. Perfect size and good value for two people for a longish stay.

Very little to cause any problem. The apartment is a good size for two people, but would probably seem small for a larger group. The lighting is rather dim at night and would be improved by having a desk or reading light in the living room. Two of the plug sockets need repair. Kitchen was adequate, but a little basic (hob, kettle and microwave) and there could have been more kitchen implements, glassware, plates and cutlery etc.

Steep hills

love the location. The reception staff very helpful and accommodating.

We were put in the ground floor flat which is very dated in decor and doesn't match to the photos. I think the photos reflects apartments on upper floors. We asked for Air con as we are hot but was told December is out of season for air-con and only heating available in December. I have never had this before from any hotel. The ground floor was quite noisy. The pots and pans were all scratched the coating exposed, didn't feel safe to use.

We didn't know that reception for the hotel was in the hotel the other side of the lane. We wasted time trying to contact the hotel via phone/email to gain entry.

location is good . Place is clean.

No elevator. Walking up 3 floors every day hurts legs and knees. The apartment is on a steep road.
