The staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The location is excellent and amazingly quiet for the ones who love calmness and tranquility to wind down. Small markets, and bakery and restaurants are within your reach and culture park is within a walking distance.

Nothing in particular, although to score 10, proactive everyday room cleaning will be the icing on the cake.

Not enough utensils, we found a semi-dead cockroach in the room. Two people had to squeeze in a sofa bed.

The place was decent for the price, conveniently close to the subway, and not too far from the center. The apartment would benefit from minor renovation or refreshing.Very small kitchen. Its good for 1-2 nights

The location is good, easy to find. The room is small but still good for short stay. Staff is very nice help us to get lines for 4 people stay.

There is no elevator for the 5th floor. room is small for 4 people, and the line are ready for three, but the staff was helping us to get what we need.

Location is very good, you can walk easily to sea side, restaurants, Izmir park etc. Small but comfortable rooms. It would be good to have at least 1 small bedside table next to the bed but there was no space for it, at least in my room.

It looks like there are a lot of people smoking in the rooms. You can feel that smell quite often. Poor internet (wi-fi) connection. Toilet paper was like a sandpaper :) There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived. Bad smell from the refrigerator, they need to be stut off, defrosted abd cleaned from time to time.

The room is small but it has everything you need, plus, very quiet and comfortable. It is also convenient to get to the city center.

All appliances are placed in a small space but it is fine!

Everything was great for the price except from the outside noise.

People with sensitive hearing should better not book this apartment.

Good for value we didnt; have eneough bads but managed somehow

Manager is the soul of this place - he was helpful and showed us everything, helped getting around and discussed the earthquake experience with us. He has a great communication style and was very welcoming - which is very much appreciated when you happen to be in a completely unknown city / country. Location is great, near the central park along a quiet street. Room is clean, has all what's needed, including a kitchen, maybe a bit small. Depending on the room you'll be able to pet cats and feed them through the window ))

It would be great to replace frying pens - they are quite old and have little left of their non-stick coating, which makes them a bit hard to wash)

Amazing personnel! Waited for us till the late evening, showed everything and gave a discount for the room upgrade the next day. Great location near the seaside. Around there are a lot of places where stuff speaks english, places to work remotely and small grocery stores. Great room with small kitchen and washing machine. Nice view, very quiet place. p.s. pay attention, that check-in normally closes at 18:30, so it’s better to warn the owner in advance.

It’s hard to control the water temperature in the shower. No place to put the clothes.

All was ok, specially with attention to price. The only disadvantage was that the neighborhood is not completely ok for young women late at night.

The staff, the cleanliness and the price are exceptional.

Well, it’s a not so expensive place so no safe box is expectable. The neighborhood is not completely ok for young alone people when it is dark and some not so nice people are seen but yet no sign of danger is sensed.
