There was some noise of people coming from outside on the ground floor. First night I stay on third floor and it was fine.

Staff was so friendly and always compliance of any need whenever needed. Breakfast was good and you can also cook for yourself. Property is around 5 minute walk from Istiklal street and lot restaurants and stores around the hostel. Note: photo attached is taken from the hostel’s open air space where guests sit, eat and chill.

The place could do with a proper spring clean and there has to be regular reminders to clean up in the kitchen. On one occasion, the water stopped working for the whole day and they were still taking bookings which didn't make and no refund given to customers who stayed that night which shows lack of customer service. The toilets could do with ventilation.

The location is in a good place, access to a lot of transport links, plenty of stores and supermarkets around. The wifi works well and it has good kitchen facilities for cooking. Has a good number of toilets and showers, didn't have to wait long to use them and common room/lounge was a great vibe. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to and the place itself has a cool feeling about it. The place also felt safe.

My bed didn't have a source of light. The terrace is ok, although I wouldn't say it qualifies as a working space, I mean, a decent working space is required in modern times and way of life.

I would say the working place (on the balcony only) is a bit limited. The mattress for my bed (female dorm) is collapsing in the middle.

You can tell that the facilities r not perfectly new but the hosts r doing a great job in maintaining them clean. I really like my bed since it offers great privacy and storage space. The breakfast on the balcony among the cats is great!

Great location- close bus station from airport (SG-2), ferry from Kabatas, to old center by walk. Perfect breakfast (fruits, vege, omelette, etc.). Room was clean, comfy and with balcony, 2 shared bathrooms was enought, hair-dryer and bath soap available. Open terrace and calm location with bars and restaurants around.

Mosquitoes

Location is good. Istiklal street is very busy and this hostel inside the street provides a calmness. Metro access is only 10 minutes walk. The staff is helping.

There was no coffee for breakfast.

Staff was very kind and let to check in early. Good choice of food for breakfast. Good location very close to all the shops but at the same time hidden away just enough to avoid the noise from busy streets.

I didn’t like how thin the walls were… Some of the other traveler’s be had a tendency of speaking late at night and coming in late, and with thin walls that was noticeable. Wasn’t even the people in the same room as me, just people that lived on the same floor as me.

There was some construction within the hostel, which made the space feel a little congested at times.
