Only place is good.

Ibooked a bed in a four-bed room but they gave me a bed on the ceiling with open sides to the bathroom corridor. I couldn't sleep. In addition, when I arrived, I found the bed dirty with blood even though I told them I was coming. There are a lot of mosquitoes. My feet are swollen. The staff was racist and uncooperative. I changed my bed but they took my luggage and put me in the isolated bed. My trip was nice, but because of the hotel, it was snatched. I do not recommend it.

Affordable, basic facilities, comfortable

I stayed for a week in a private room with shared bathroom, the cheapest I could get considering its central location. 10-15 mins walk from Havabus station with many shops and restaurants nearby. Situated in the small alley so you wont get to hear the loud noise from bars and pubs. Pls do not expect too much since it is a hostel but overall facilities are ok. Though they don’t have a lift but the staff offered to carry my luggage which is a huge plus.

Non functional installed hair dryer Leakage of a pipe on the balcony Could be more clean in my opinion I would probably rated it 8+, but the main Problem was a construction site on the other side of the street and next to the community area which made it very loud and dusty. In addition conversations were often not possible and the nice location itself was not desirable for relaxing anymore. This is of course not the responsibility of the hostel at all, but our time there was stoll considerably affected by it. I would still recommend it for everyone on a budget who wants to meet people in Istanbul and doesn't have a problem with a little roughness.

The upper bunk bed is a little hard to climb

Considering the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was good as well.

Every things are good as per price in city center

Everyday same breakfast,I stayed 4 nights. Every morning same menu of breakfast no changes in food ,this thing irritated me badly

No AC and it was really hot in the room because it's on the top floor.

Staff was so friendly and always compliance of any need whenever needed. Breakfast was good and you can also cook for yourself. Property is around 5 minute walk from Istiklal street and lot restaurants and stores around the hostel. Note: photo attached is taken from the hostel’s open air space where guests sit, eat and chill.

There was some noise of people coming from outside on the ground floor. First night I stay on third floor and it was fine.

Location and free breakfast.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this hostel due to a serious bed bug infestation. On the first night, I woke up in the middle of the night with intense itching and initially assumed it was caused by mosquitoes. I informed the staff that the mosquito repellent in the room was empty and needed a refill, he acknowledged the issue and said he would take care of it, but never followed through. The second night was just as bad, and that’s when I spotted bed bugs in the bedding. The itching continued for days, and even a week later, I’m still dealing with the after-effects. I ended up leaving and finding accommodation elsewhere. Aside from the pest issue, the hostel is very basic. The space is extremely cramped with too many people packed in. The bathrooms are tiny, though still usable. The free breakfast was a plus, and appreciated. However, there was also ongoing construction during my stay, which added to the noise and discomfort. The pod beds have windows facing the roadside, so without earplugs, getting a decent night’s sleep is nearly impossible. Overall, this was one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had, especially considering there are better options nearby at the same or even lower prices. The hygiene and pest control need urgent attention.

LOCATION IS GOOD

DIRTY AND SO TINY ROOM AND WHOLE THE NIGHT MOSQUITOES AND SOUND OF CONSTRUCTIONS I COULD NOT SLEEP EVEN.

The personal was very nice and keen to help. They are very helpful. The breakfast was nice.

It's not very clean, the bathrooms are mostly not clean (at least the ones for the big room) and the beds are not comfortable at all (again, the ones in the big room). But the price is cheap, I think that you get what you pay.

I had everything I needed: great location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast. Thank you☺
