-The room was significantly smaller than I expected. -The sink in the bathroom was so small that I had a difficult time washing my hands and brushing my teeth. -The ventilation was awful, I had a difficult time sleeping because the cigarette smoke from the rooms nearby would fill into my room through the ventilation system, I couldn't sleep in peace because of that. Imagine someone smoking right next to you while you are trying to sleep 🤦‍♂️

-The room was clean in general, the staff were helpful. -The breakfast was good, it wasn't 5 star breakfast but it was really good. -The location was perfect for a traveller, near the ferry ports and bus stations -It was in a quiet street in a busy area, I wasn't disturbed by the noise coming from outside, the windows were soundproof

Smoking smells in the room

I had the smallest room ever stay. It was deluxe double room but very small and not what the name tells you. The price was also expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The location of the hotel is very close the bus stop for airport buses. It’s also close to the center. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good somehow.

Everything stinks of cigarette. Ventilation system is bad. Cigarette smoke from other room came into my room at night and it was impossible to even breathe. But staff were helpful to deal with situation

Note that this hotel allows smoking on site. That awful stink of cigarettes was not noticeable in out room, but it is nevertheless possible…..,,,

Firstly, it is in Kadıköy - the only sensible place to stay in Istanbul. Second: very helpful and welcoming staff. Thirdly: excellent amenities. A room safe that works, a shower that promptly delivers hot water, a shower unit that does not leak water everywhere etc….

I had a very small room...

I specifically chose this area because I was here for the second time. From Kadikoy it is very nice to take the ferry to the European side of Istanbul. There are many cafes, restaurants and markets near the hotel. A great place for a night out after a cultural day program.

The Hotel was great value for money. Room was on the small side, but for our purpose was fine.

Location was the best feature. Brekafast was fresh and tasty. Rooms were clean.

We wish they would say us earlier that the room was a smokers area room. We just smelled it after we took our masks off and it was after we gave our ok for the room.

Rooms on backside can be noisy if you open the window due to outside fans for aircon etc. No view at all for backside rooms.

Breakfast was amazing with good variety, staff is very respectful. Room was well prepared. Superb location with easy access to everything.

room was dirty, the shower has mold everywhere, the staf barely knows english- comunication is very bad, the towels smel very bad- like gas, the staf did not wont to call a cab for us, the carpet on the floor is so dirty- probably never cleaned, the dining room has about 9 tables- very small, the breakfast is poor- no cereals, nothing to drink- just coffe and watter.
