Fresh repairs are required in some places. The furniture looks tired, although I have nothing against retro. The worst is the tobacco smell which is everywhere, including the non-smokers floor. I think the hotel owners should invest in air fresheners if they do not want to recaive negative reviews.

Great location, you can say the perfect: restraunts, shops, pier, metro station, all nearby. The Shuttle goes to the airport every 60 min. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Delicious breakfast. The room was large and bright.

Housekeeping of the hotel might be taken care a bit closer, the hotel internally definitely needs some refreshment but anyway thanks to the hotel personnel for hospitality which covers all the current defects

Several times water pressure in the shower was poor, with lack of hot/warm water sometimes. Dirt presence in few places.

Location of the hotel is in central Kadikoy area, close to everything. Hotel was overall pleasant, nice spacious room with nice comfy bed tv and good Internet.

Water issue in the morning time.. but when we call at reception they quickly sort next minute

We arrive late in the night, brother Moosa and the receptionist forgot his name, were very polite and accommodate us very well and help us with Luggage.good breakfast as well. next day brother Ali helped us in switching the room to the deluxe room which was not available at the time of checkout. Thank you so much to one and the all at Grand AS hotel staff

Sometimes wifi didn't work at the 5th floor.

The staff upgraded the level of my room, it was a nice surprise. The room was spotless, everything seemed new and not shabby. Breakfasts were simple, yet there was enough variety for everyone. The location is incredible, really close to everything.

No English-speaking TV channels. No electric kettle in the room.

Reception staff (Kibra, Ayşenur, Çağlar and the others) are kind and helpful and speak good English. Quiet central location in Kadiköy, with good transport links (ferries, metro and Havabus station nearby). Moda seaside offers great walking and incredibly beautiful sunsets. Tasty breakfast with fresh products (I missed yoghurt, though). Comfortable and clean room: housekeeping does an excellent job! Free water added every day in the fridge.

The only issue was intermittent shower water.

Our stay was good. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great. The hotel's location near transport was convenient. Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Some people might find the breakfast selection lacking, though for my needs the variety was enough. Opposite my room's windows was a pharmacy with a sign, which flashed through the entire night. The blinds can't hide it completely, but after the first night I didn't notice at all.

The staff were friendly. The room wasn't anything out of the ordinary, it had all the things you'd expect from a serious accommodation facility. Towels, slippers, shower gel and slippers were provided. There was also some water free or charge in the room's fridge, which is always very convenient.The breakfast was tasty. AC worked as expected. The location is quite quiet for Kadıköy standards.
